Yeah defs no hate on Minato, I find him quite relatable as I have been slightly in his shoes before but I learned how to communicate better after that experience. But yeah, all 3 of them ended up hurt. It is just how life works sometimes..
The way he worded (based on the translation ofc) "I want you to break up with me" just does not sit right with me.. and what is up with the meaningless "because I like someone else" , Sou already used that excuse as a high schooler. But as a 26year old, if you really did like/love her, just please be upfront and communicate, esp how you've been together for 3 loooong years. Also, "Doing this for tsumugi" noooo its for yourself sir. & "tsumugi looks the cutest when shes with you" oh no no no.. I've heard & been there before and that's called self-sabotaging.

On the bright side I really loved how Sou played Soccer like he was back to his 'normal' days. His smile while playing with his old friends was great to see.
