I just realised that Stop's character is called Tomaru Taiga in this series and tomaru (止まる) means stop in Japanese, but the stop specifically used on road signs in Japan when you stop at the end of the road HAHAHA that's clever

Hello, I'm currently studying Japanese as a Bachelor's Degree and was thinking about subtitling this but I have no idea how to get started with subtitling!

It's frustrating that Rang was killed off but I saw it coming from episode 10 when Rang requested to be buried where he grew up with Yeon. It became even more obvious when Rang mentioned about Yeon wanting to be human in episode 15. Rang had just eaten a Ground Cherry that gave him a human life span which he subsequently gave to Yeon. But my theory is that because Rang is not a full human, maybe Yeon was reincarnated as a half fox. That being said, if Yeon still ages then by the time reincarnated Rang becomes an adult Yeon will be about 50 lmao. They did leave the show open ended with a possibility of a season two, so I'm assuming if the show did well and the ratings were good then they may continue it in the future but I have no idea what the plot would even be about. Ji Ah and Yeon are married and got their happily ever after, Shin Joo and Yuri are also married and have presumably adopted the little boy. There's only Rang left tbh and he is human now.

I completely agree!!! I love characters like Rang and I adore how Kim Bum puts so much emotion in him - especially in his eyes. Out of curiosity, do you know of any other characters like Rang? He's one of my favourite character architypes.
