yeah but in daily drama it is impossible to cast popular actors... they would cast underrated actress and actors.…
You have a point. If we want this to have famous actresses and actors, a primetime kdrama 2 times weekly on weekend. But I really want this to be Makjang type. Hahaha
Omg! This sums up my childhood! I love La Ursopador! Hahaha. I’m curious how koreans will take this remake. This will fit on makjang type, daily drama with 100 episodes.
As I veteran Kdrama and Jdorama viewer/fan since 2004, I would say that Kdramas are catering to more international viewers now. I feel like all these kdrama actors/actresses wanted to be in a Netflix-produced drama as their stepping stone to Hallyu! Well for me, these don't matter. Sometimes I'm in the mood for makjang revenge drama and sometimes I enjoy these reproduced Netflix-and-other-streaming -platforms dramas.
As for Jdoramas, I'd rather stick them on what is traditionally done. That's how they are unique from others.
Warning : if you ever watch this, you will cry out of sadness for the unfair treatments she suffer
I’m good with this kind of a plot. I like the damsel in distress female lead who always suffers then a knight in shining armor to the rescue. Such a guilty pleasure.
Love love Takashi Miike!
