I watched on drama cool; so basically it's an open ending -the girl decides to not marry his friend and went on to become an actress and the man also strives as a painter - both of them meet after 3 yrs(i don't rmr the exact years) and the scene is recreated again, showing that they both actually are about to start a new together.
