All psychologist had was few superficial setting how is it realistic that female lead has super hearing senses and solves her cases based on that. Dream Garden is inaccurate with handling of ml's profession but the cases are sensitively handled unlike in psychologist where the way first case itself was handled so insensitively. A drama doesn't become realistic by throwing clinical terms around here and there . Dream garden adds more of emotional narrative which makes it for viewers to easy to connect. Also in psychologist too you see connections outside office. Both dramas have inaccuracies but let's not make joke by saying dream garden is more unrealistic compared to psychologist when the FL literally has some sort of super hearing
