But definitely tiresome to see this cliche - female get hurt - needing male rescue. Very very annoying when she is intentional putting herself in bad situation. Trying to save her comatose sister is a dumb excuse. I totally agree not justifiable.

@kachiiing Nice to see you here! Can you explain more??? I dont think it is altruism. More borderline on noble sacrifice. Of course as psychosis goes hard to say what type of behavior will surface from it. She was shun since early age for being bad luck.
@Jinnborn Maybe if we see this superstition as writer tool & replace it with some other inner issue then we can be more sympathetic to this character. I am trying to keep my love for this show.

@kudo & Jacleen You guys made good pts!! I find it hard reconcile that she is smart & good in computer & yet still believe in superstition so much. I think more believable that she becomes strong and try to do more research on how to make sister better thru technology. She could've make a lot of money & prove more research level care for her sister. Otherwise this show is pretty good.

In addition she is getting old & really not such an amazing catch so really wants to have love in her life.
Also Do Kyung from broken family background so he not type to actively pursue girl so much because he is afraid he will get hurt.
