First and foremost I would like to apologise to you if I my comments has created a misunderstanding however I would prefer if you do not twist my words that I did not meant it to be. I am Not comparing about whose fans attitude is better. All I am saying is both WYB and ZLY are great because both of them have a their own large fan base.

As to how the fans turns out to be its the fans responsibility and their own actions. No one can force the fans to be whoever they are. Everyone is a human being. If the fans prefer to be provocation and toxic, that’s unfortunate, let’s not follow that path. If they prefer to be someone who share love and compassion then great, take it as an example.

I surely hope all the toxic fans that created all these false rumours would leave him alone but WYB do not promote hate either. I would say let’s not be one. I believe all WYB wants is to be able to do what he likes and portray his skills and works to his fans and the audience that likes him. Follow by his example.

I wouldn't know of being a celebrity, I am certainly not but I understand every career has its difficulties.

However, I totally agree with you that it will be too much work if you decided to be a fan that put 100% on stalking the celebrity daily life. We should be rational about it. That is what the recent China Entertainment Sweeping campaign is about either. Telling fans to be rational and to spend wisely. Sorry for assuming but are you a parent and your child is WYB fan? Nowadays there is always a choice to restrict a site from being accessible by your child if they became excessively hard to control.

Eventually this is a place for healthy discussion and we can equally talk on how we should be rational while being a fan :)

Thats why I said, if the rumors or the published news articles has become rather problematic, then WYB agency would have step in to handle it or another way around as you say if WYB is unwilling to tell everyone the story of that necklace and let the rumor fly same as the large fandom of WYB and XZ then I would say that they don't seems to be very bothered about it. Stepping in their shoes, I believe they won't want their fans to go fighting over rumors, rather they would want the fans to put their trust on the captain and watch him shine through his works. So in my opinion, being a fan we shouldn't be very provocative either. We can be angry on his behalf but I feel the only real support is to continue following him through his journey.

The term capable can be use not only ZLY but also Yibo. What I am trying to say is, ZLY do have a large amount of fans and so is Yibo, all due to the fact that throughout the years they prove themselves worthy to have the amount of fans they have some way or another. How does their respective fans turn out to be, the do's and don't is something only we ourselves can judge. If being a fan is so easily being pulled in by a rumor then WYB won't really need such a fan too right. I believe the ones that knows him and value him will stick to him no matter.

In my opinion, rumours can just stay as rumours until it is confirmed true, it will fly pass like a wind when another rumour appears. That is how entertainment industry work isn't it. Whatever news that can bring in a spark of controversy, it will be headline. Intellectual I do agree..We can keep ourselves informed on what is happening and educate ourselves with what is right and wrong, we ourselves know that the rumours are not true, we can choose to continuously support our artist in his current works or jumping to be equally toxic, we choose to trust whoever we stan for right.

If the rumour really goes out of hands or even something to be bothered with, it’s up to the studio/either parties to step in and release a statement on it, Yibo agency did step in and release a few statements previously to reject multiple rumoured girlfriends. In other case, there is no need to make the rumour into something bigger, one side fans can create rumours however when the other party fans decided to take it into their own hands and start fighting then it will end up harming both sides.

"The fact that her agency is suspended and not his shows there is something sketchy with her agency and not his.” -- I wouldn't say much about the agency being sketchy but the main reason why ZLY agency got suspended is wholly because as what I had mentioned previously, a good example and a lesson of how fans can do more harm than good to the celebrity. The fans choose to create controversy from a rumoured casting collaboration and the agency fail to step in to stop this unwarranted action of the fans. ZLY manage to earn herself this army of fans in China is her capability. Now the celebrities must be responsible for the actions of their fan group. Fans may create rumour/slander other artist and you can say it’s an accomplishment but is it really? All this self-created rumour I believe also harm their own artist.

Anyway, each of us can have our own perspective, neither right or wrong. Lets hope whoever we stan for continue to find success and strive for the best.

As for me I can’t wait to watch Yibo Being a Hero and Luoyang… I guess now with sweeping campaign going on all the dramas will be delayed and postpone.

Well, as a fan we would not want to see bad reputation befall on whoever we stan. The behaviour/attitude/talent/skills portrayed by the actor/actresses is well perceived and seen by the audience and the industry, if they have nothing to hide then they certainly won't need to be bothered by rumours.

I understand your point of view. I do agree with you that ZLY fans goes above and beyond for their actress which they thought what they did is beneficial for their artist but in the end it’s a good example and a lesson of how a fan can do more harm than good.

As of now, I certainly believe if a rumour goes beyond control, the artist, or the official group/studio itself will post up a statement to remediate the issue because fan groups are now under the jurisdiction of the actor/actress responsibility in China. Although internationally we have the freedom of speech but if we follow the artist/fan group in Chinese social media, we should follow the advice of the official group/studio itself.

The recent sweeping campaign happening in China now goes both ways, I believe not only was ZLY fans account got banned/suspended but also several fans account of Yibo also got banned/suspended. Therefore, we should be glad that majority of Yibo fans are not that toxic because if not there will be more who will get sweep away. I also understand that ZLY studio did not really get banned but got suspended for 15 days for not stepping in to control their fans. In this sense, as a fan we should stay calm and positive because as the sweeping campaign goes, everyone is standing on an uneven bridge.

We can always just unite to unfollow and to not watch/support the works of the actor/actresses that we do not like yea. Lets focus more on how Yibo is doing so awesome with his dance moves in SDC4 instead XDDD

Although the freedom of speech is clear and everyone has their own rights to understand or discriminate an actor/actress as they see fit however I would strongly suggest that we should eliminate such unhealthy behaviour that could incite confrontration, fan war or online violence.
Especially if you are a International fan of Yibo which I believe you are since you commented to the replies here, then we should care to maintain a healthy discussion in a civilized manner.
Pouring this comments and speaking ill of another actor or actress in an actor's page that you are fan of will only bring about negative energy and the representation of the actor himself as well.
Therefore as said lets build a bridge of communication with love, calmness and restraint to deliver a positive social energy and attitude.

The reviews posted will overall give you a rough idea as to what you will expect of this drama.
I personally love it but different people have different preferences.

My personal opinions laid here.. just to share.
1. The day time were actually shown towards the end of the same episode on the slave market scene where the troops starts to assemble outside of the market. I would assume that when they were fighting at the slave market, it was almost dawn and then it lasted for quite some time at the main gate before they managed to escaped. (Night hours could be short at certain countries so it may be bright at wee hours of the morning?)
But yes it could be the production flaws where they probably have to retake the clips and it lasted till morning to have a good one.
2. The dark smoke that attack Fuyao and ZBY were mentioned that it is from Fei Yan, most likely part of her dark magic.
3. Fuyao somehow manage to come across the shiny item "second bell" by chance in the jungle and picked it up, before she met the fake Wuji.
4. That's fantasy right there. Well, the Black Wind Troop basically are cursed and have lived like ages by the sword and his ancestors anyway.
5. As commented previously~ but ya could be continuity issue of the production flaws.
6. Agreed..I expected Yan Lie to somehow appear again towards the end but it may take another 2-3 episodes for that. So it is probably forgotten case ><
7. Hats off to you, I did not notice this. I believe the view of sharp decline is based on preferences on what the viewers expects to watch of the show as it goes on.
8. Xuanyuan Hui is disguised by Tai yan no? She was supposed to only disguise at that point of time before Wuji take over.
9. As of myself, I am not so against the corruption issue. Maybe I won't mind much.
I would only assume Pingrong got found out because Wuji have eyes/messengers. The doctor is basically helping him to spy out as well.
Beiheng case is actually a well planned trick placed by Wuji and Fuyao to condemn him. If not mistaken Tie Cheng helped to placed the gold.
10. Well yes, I would just say that that Wuji is not perfect. He do respect the king as his father and ruler of the kingdom.

Going through the last episode is a little sad because they just have to kill off one of the most faithful and delightful character in this story, at least it is a brave finished.

To start off, the ending is sweet however its a little too abrupt for me.
Could have expected since they jam pack Xuanji, Tianquan and the Ancient Firmament act in the last 15 episodes which is where the story start to peak again from the mid long Tiansha act.
Believe it could be better if they include a scene of all the other side characters to close off.

Nevertheless it’s worth watching, happy ending yes, Fuyao ended strongly and defeated her inner evilness. Character portrayal of all the cast are top notch especially Ethan/Wuji at his very overwhelming ups and downs towards the end. Love the chemistry between the leads.

Overall, the story has flaws still I happily completed this drama with a smile and sense of relieve and satisfaction.

If subs I think will have to wait till Monday. Raw is today

I guess it depends to what keep you intrigue in this drama.
For me the leads and other characters on screen chemistry is good to watch along the way.
Plot wise as I did not read the novel.. a little draggy in the center but the suspense is there, it gets better towards the end.

Everyone have their own preferences.
I would say that you should continue to watch, the story gets even more fast pace towards the end...but if the political story or interactions/chemistry between the characters are not up to your liking then its for you to decide :)

I believe this drama is definitely for you. Do give it a try.
There are misunderstandings but I wouldn't say its too much plus it is settled within an episode or two that you won't even notice its there in the first place.
The main couple is somewhat fixed from the start unlike the novel Fuyao is said to have an harem. There are just a tidbit of love triangle here and there but all the support characters involve will have their own love story.

I did not read the novel as of yet.. so can’t make my judgement based on that. Would definitely wish they followed the novel more as those who read the novel would prefer the story from it.
However going towards the last few episodes. It is definitely bringing me on an emotional train ride...this fast pace is sort of interesting.
2 more to go!

I won’t recommend fast forward because there might be details that you will missed and you will have to rewatch to fill the gap. But if the story of that episode doesn’t compliment to your likings then you may fast forward as you watch along.
Everyone have their preference and I would recommend that you give it a try and hopefully won’t need to fast forward.

I actually caught up to episode 62 yesterday and I dare say episode 61 and 62 is such an emotional ride. I did cried a little.

That aside I'm pretty attached with the chemistry between the leads.

In this drama, its more of a feeling between love and hate that they have to be separated because its fated or destiny calls. Instance like "Wuji know they aren't suppose to be together because he is destined to kill her". Both of them knew they love each other and will do anything for one another.
In my opinion, Fuyao is suppose to portrayed a more independent character and strong female lead but yes Wuji is there to usually save the day because Fuyao is not that perfect in the drama.

They both are strong characters and duty calls comes first and there are also weak moments where they need each other.
I feel they pull it off pretty well.

Maybe that is her past life which is not explained in the drama. ><
I haven't read the novel but maybe the ones who read the novel would probably knows why is it describe as that.

In my opinion, the only way I can see the flow is by replacing the king's fake vision with Wuji vision.

If I remembered it correctly.. as soon as Fuyao went to meet the king as summoned, the fake Folian actually went to place the real map onto the fake map in the box and awe the humans in the hall to watch the smoke eventually unite and dispersed. During this time Wuji haven't even arrive.
The fake vision that has been shown to Fuyao by the king after that actually confuses me because somehow the map is still with the fake Folian when Wuji appeared and she later on placed it with Wuji. Did she went to take the map back from the box and smoke reappeared????
That is why I believe the vision shown by the King is an altered vision of the reality.

Whilst in Wuji's vision.. we could understand that the map had been placed earlier by the fake Folian that is why the smoke wasn't there anymore and when Wuji arrived, he thank her for bringing the map in person and save the tree. Speaking of why Wuji had mentioned that he has been waiting for Folian for a long time is probably because he wanted to confirm on a certain truth with their engagement.
