i agree with some commenters below that jaein drugged her ex . she will pretend that they went all the way ... and maybe later a fake pregnancy is also a possible tool to her plans . there is no amnesia and she plays her role perfectly !!! if you can not win the enemy from outside , then you must do it from inside and make a hole to his defenses and lower his strength ... its a war strategy since ages ago !!!
