depends on the hospital and the security measures . some hospitals have cameras also in the corridors . no cameras in the rooms for private measures . apparently here myeongji knows what she is doing , probably made the grandpa leave the room / knows how much time she has / no camera in the room or corridor .... i guess we will see in todays ep. ... from the preview major suspect for the the police is grandpa ..?

her argument would just hit a wall .... and she would never enter the room alone ...

all hospitals in SK have some CCTV in major areas / parking / and entrances .... but not in the rooms . myeongji can be seen if searched , unless she became invisible somehow .....

the scenario written for the young siblings is bad and wrong .... [ instead of being smart/funny/and supportive] !
