about same recipe long kdrama so far . still introducing characters as the drama try to unfold afterr the 3rd episode in a slow pace ... 2 families , lot of relatives [known and unknown] , all connected one way or another , ex husbands and their new families .... in the small village called seul ...
as we can see on ep12 but also in previous episodes the FL all her life is very emotional and over caring for people who face injustice and always acted carelessly ... the ML in order to protect her tried all his life in every era to obtain power , so he can protect her . probably many times in the past he disagreed with her because she was putting herself in danger ... and she disagreed with him that he always care for himself to get status and power instead of fighting with her to protect people and their human rights ... the top of the mountain was 75 yrs ago when she met the 2ML . a young gentle man who fell in love with her ,, a man who was fighting for the human rights , who went against his father/riches/power/status ..... the 2ML was like a sunbeam in her life at that time ,, on the other hand the ML , for her , represented everything she despised ... [ she was wrongly misunderstood the ML but because he was never or couldnt explain ] .. its not clear to me yet , why the ML was not explained himself 75 yrs ago or if he did maybe was too late to believed him ... i need more episodes to clear this out . so far we just know that after that time they were separated till today ... i think there is more to the drama to be seen .
the misunderstanding the FL has for the ML is enormous .... the ML looks like he never explained anything to her from the past . the FL thinks he was a bad character who murdered students and did all bad things for himself to go higher in power . she thinks he is a selfish character and he has himself only in his heart ... she doesnt feel a protection but an obsessive behavior from him that she belongs to him ... probably she left him or forced him to leave 75 yrs ago. ...
