yes i know what you mean and i agree with you . i think in S.KOREA minimum for murder is 15 yrs . in GREECE , the sentences in some cases became fixed since 2023 [ to avoid for example family status , etc...] . this type of murder is 25 fixed and we have a jury who decides = guilty or not guilty , for the murder case [ 25 ] + beating and raping [ 12 ] ]+ attempt murder [ 7 ] + threat [ 1 ] = 45 yrs . minimum imprisonment = 35 yrs ..... sorry for making you tired with all this !!! .................................. ps= i ye been to US many times , i have 30 relatives !!! , take care

the sentences are also heavy , in some states this guy maybe get life in prison or death sentence .... in CANADA sentences are lighter than the states

in other words we have a team family beating against an adult and his mother . the guilty family has to pay a lot to the victims to avoid court and also this is bad news because it happened at their restaurant yard !!!

every country has different laws . this case is 1st = serial beating and raping of his wife and premeditated torturous murder . 2nd = a murder attempt to his lawyer . 3rd= threat of killing her daughter . in US and CANADA you know the law , in GREECE is 35 years minimum !!!
