I agree with you. Whether or not there were spicy scenes, their love was a slow burn. The female lead was healing while navigating the relationship, which influenced her actions differently from his.

I don’t agree that the kisses were terrible; some of them were actually quite good. Any issues can be attributed to the direction since the BTS was different . I found the chemistry between the leads to be unique, and I believe many people felt the same way. Sure, some viewers might not see it because both leads expressed their feelings in different ways, but for those who do appreciate it, that’s perfectly fine. We all have different opinions!

I felt the leads definitely had chemistry, though some may think otherwise because of their unique relationship dynamic. But love isn’t the same for everyone people love and express it differently.

I watched the BTS, and it felt quite different. While I liked the kissing scenes in Episodes 11 and 12, I think it’s partly because the director didn’t include certain moments in the actual drama, leaving some of the best parts in the BTS. I’m definitely going to check out more of her work too she’s a talented actress!

I wish I had friendships like Moeum and Seokryu. Even though Seunghyo was the only guy in the group, the girls never made him feel left out 💖

I don’t know if I’m the only one who usually gets bored when the leads finally get together, but for this one, it felt different. Maybe it’s because they didn’t start dating earlier due to the slow pace of the drama. And I really liked their dating scenes, especially the hide-and-seek dating, while Moeum was the complete opposite she didn’t hide hers at all 💗.

Some people might have felt this way before, thinking that they had more of a sibling energy. Maybe it's because they were always bickering and too comfortable with each other, which can sometimes blur the lines between romance and friendship. But in my opinion, they do have chemistry.

I think the fact that they were so at ease around each other actually shows a deeper connection. It's not always about fiery stares or grand gestures; sometimes chemistry is in how effortlessly they understand and support one another. Their bond feels more natural and real to me, which makes their slow-burn romance more meaningful.

Maybe that sense of comfort threw people off, but I see it as part of what makes their love unique.

Love Next Door stole my heart with its heartfelt storytelling and the characters that felt so relatable. Bae Seokryu and Moeum mean so much to me 😭💖and the slice-of-life aspect was really shined upon. The relationships in it-most of all the two couples-make it so entangled in emotion and subtle chemistry.
It was such a breath of fresh air how the show balanced romance, friendship, and personal growth. The two couples brought something different to the table, and I just absolutely adored watching their love stories unfold. The slow burn between the main leads made literally every second worth it in terms of those two-their connection ran that much deeper because of it.

In the last moments, my heart was so full and a little empty at the same time. Love Next Door left me with such mixed feelings, like living their journeys and missing them now. I am happy with how all things have turned out, but there's just this lingering feeling of not being ready to say goodbye just yet.

What I liked most was that the show did not rush the painful moments; instead, it allowed the characters to develop in due time. It added a sense of reality to their struggles and triumphs, which made the ending feel like a new beginning for everyone.

Love Next Door delivered a perfect mix of warmth, humor, and emotional depth, and it is a drama that will linger in my head for a while.
