Boon Ok and Pi Seung Hee scene in this episode is probably one of my favorite scenes in the kdrama so far. Alot of people laughed at that scene because Bun Ok's gun was unloaded but for me personally, I was sad. Maybe because of the fantastic acting and dialogue between the two actresses and Bun Ok's facial expressions that enthralled in the scene, you can feel how she felt so useless and defeated and everything was not going out for her. The writers really did a good job in terms of making somewhat annoying character sympathetic yet so twisted at the same time.On the other hand, I do have to agree at some comments stating that Young Ro's character is uninteresting (Jisoo is doing fantastic) the problem is her character so far needs more grappling storylines to make her interesting, it feels like she's just a supporting character in her own drama.
My character ranking of the main seven characters:
#7: Lee Gang Moo - He's just there. I don't particularly get interested in his antics or his character in general but Jang Seung Jo is handsome.
#6: Im Soo Ho - Perfectly portrayed by Jung Hae In, but the same with Gang Moo I don't particularly find him engaging as a character.
#5: Eun Young Ro - Jisoo so far is showing she has great potential in acting. On the other hand, Young Ro feels like a supporting character most of the time. I need more of her tbh.
#4: Jang Han Na - I have a love-hate relationship with Han Na for the few first episodes, she was likable but in the next few episodes she was impulsive and unlikable but as of now, she's doing something sensible.
#3: Kye Boon Ok - Kim Hye Yoon gives it her all, such a great actress. I know she is annoying and I know her moral compass is wrong but damn she's so entertaining to watch maybe because Boon Ok is a complex character with deep emotions with a dark soul.
#2: Pi Seung Hee - At the first bat, I already liked her. Yoon Se Ah is a fucking good actress she perfectly portrays Seung Hee. In the future episodes, I hope we see more from her past and why the future hall director didn't want her to be hired and who was the person she was with in the picture that Cheong Ya saw.
#1: KANG CHEONG YA - I know alot of people hate her now but I just love female characters being in charge. Cheong Ya is interesting because we don't know much about her, is she on Soo Ho's team or is she betraying them secretly. She has alot to uncover maybe that's why I'm interested in her character.
Dr.Kang was more frustrated because of her cover being blown than her being jealous of Youngro
yeah like, everyone keeps on saying that she's jealous (it's a possibility) but for me personally, I think she's just dead set to complete the mission.
Idk why people see Dr. Kang as a jealous woman? like I thought for me personally, she was just serious about the mission and she was so angry that their mission is faltering.
The fact that Dr. Kang and Boon Ok are my favorite characters speak alot about this show. The protagonists are just OK characters but the side characters and the "antagonists" are the ones that are stealing the scene every minute well maybe except for Gang Moo.
Tbh, I don't want Kang Cheong Ya to have one sided feelings for Im Soo Ho. I would've love if she's just a bad ass female spy that is strict about the mission and is worried that Soo Ho might ruin their mission because of he's feelings. My pet peeve in kdrama is that other female leads tends to be hindrances to the romance of the main leads and It's such a tiring trope (same goes to other male leads aswell). She's so far my fave character when she pushed the red button on the detonator I knew she was not fooling around WHICH I LOVE.

I'm sorry what? Are we watching the same drama? Jisoo is doing perfectly fine, yes it's not perfect but for a character that is Youngro, she's doing good. Tell me in which scenes, episodes and dialogues you found her acting not great so I can understand some points you have made.

I'm kinda surprised that the political and spy parts are more entertaining for me personally. The romance is kinda faltering bit by bit which I'm fine with tbh.
