You have to do it on the actual site, not the app.

No, you just go to "Add a New Title" and fill out info, and then the approval staff will check to make sure it's a real drama and all your sources and info check out and if so they'll approve it and it'll be added to MDL.

Oh you can add new titles when you hit the Explore tab up top, but I'm certain it's already been submitted for approval to MDL : )
