I don't recall her calling him husband, unless that was the beginning club scene when the alphas were after her omega scent (though you would think a woman as smart as her would know NOT to go anywhere like a club with sexually active, uninhibited alpha men lol). Not sure how her memory got wiped, but the antidote he was working on would not only cure her omega half but would restore her memories. The issue is his dad, who was a doctor, was in some way responsible for the death of her mom, so while he loved her and wanted to pursue her and take care of her, he let her go because he didn't want to see her love turn to hatred. That's what I could gather anyway. Does that help at all?

Oh I figured it out! It's the opening first few minutes that are different. While that's not common with these, it does happen on occasion. So all's fine, I'll just make a note of it in my comment : )
