Bilibili or Douyin are two major Chinese platforms I know of that have short dramas, without the added English…
I'm not sure... My suggestion would be to find youtube channels that upload/publish these micro-short dramas and ask them, because they'd definitely know. You can go to their "About" page and see if they have a facebook or other form of social media that you could connect to them through and ask them questions on those platforms.
