Oh my word, Amen! I'm doing the exact same thing! If they were basically going to show the beginning of the story after only the first 5 episodes then they should have started the drama from there, like most makjangs do.

Question: Why was Suying so obsessed with Mo Sheng? I get that she loved him, and he cared for her at one point, but to go to those lengths of destruction and evil...for a man who no longer loves you?I feel like there had to have been more to their story that simply didn't make it into the drama, does anyone know?

Agreed because right now it feels like the FL is a teacher or older sister to Kang Yul's character...definitely no romantic sparks there. I mean other than his crush for her, which is actually kind of cute : )

Does anybody else feel like the FL has way more chemistry with Kim Jin Woo than with Kang Yul?

If the rest of the series is like that first episode then this is going to be the weirdest daily drama I've ever seen...but I'm kind of diggin' that : )

I was just thinking the same thing. I feel like the synopsis and teasers don't give any details at all about what this daily drama is supposed to be about, or even what the real conflict is. It's very odd.

Our ML is one of my favorite antiheroes : ). Zhen Xuan did such a fantastic job portraying all the different aspects of such a character; the sweet, gentle, in love for the first time husband, and the conniving and vicious crime leader.

Nope those are straight up facts because you are 100% right. That's the one frustrating aspect of this show because it creates a multitude of problems between the leads when I'd rather watch them trust each other and fall for each other again. It's a Romance drama, bring on the romance!
