If it only gives you Chinese then click on that, then go back in and click on the subtitles and see if the auto-translate option appears. It can only auto-translate when there's an original language to translate from.

You have to go to the settings in the video, click where it says "subtitles", then click on "Auto-translate" and pick your language, hence why I put behind the link in parenthesis "(Auto-translate)".
