Why would she be disciplined tho, shes just a "labourer" who played in important part in them winning the war, hence her merits got her to the camp. Plus her hanging around the military is only because shes connected to the marquis (same as the 'imperial doctor'), shes just too naive to notice the privilege shes getting. No ordinary person would be able to bring their wife or kids to a military base.

However, a strong argument is that by providing medicine and rations, it is completely fair that she is at the camp, because she is taking care of patients.
