Confession time: I rarely shed a tear watching a series, but Kiyoi at the end made me cry. I loves this series so much, I wish we had 6 episodes like in the first season. (I know there will be a movie, but still.)
I'm so sad some of the best shows will end soon (My School President this week, Utsukushii Kare 2 and Moonlight Chicken the following week) but I'm happy this will be over then, too. Lmao.
I like all the actors, I'll definitely watch it. However I expect an average office romance (which in itself would be an improvement compared with Enchanté) and if I'm being honest this is exactly what I need after the masterpiece that is My School President.
The comment a while ago about it being a commercial for a camping car, I don't think it was wrong. I think in a few days I will have forgotten nearly everything about it (if I hadn't seen it in the calendar, I wouldn't have remembered that today was the finale). The scenes that were the most interesting to me were the ones that happened in the college days - maybe because Woo Jae wasn't a total jerk. Plus that tree, that was a beautiful scenery. Also, in my opinion it felt really empty in the present timeline (Covid?), mostly two or three people interacting, even in the museum which they could miraculously enter. The house looks like it could be in a catalogue but I guess it fits Woo Jae. The actors had zero chemistry and instead of what they were doing I'd rather they hugged (or high fived, lol), I had to look away. I think to me it started with a 5, then it got a bit better and now we're back to a 5.
Now we're talking! I haven't been a big fan of EarthMix so far - I mean I've always liked them both individually, but I didn't really feel them as a couple (ATOTS, Cupid's Last Wish). Finally I can understand some of the hype. The cast in general is amazing. The colors remind me of You're My Sky, very nice. In my opinion the atmosphere seems tranquil (for now), which I like a lot.
I was excited to watch the drama after it ends, but reading your comment disappointed me and I think am not gonna…
Although I have to agree with some of the points here, in my opinion it got better with each episode. I don't think it's the best K-BL out there, but there are some others that I liked less than this one. Also, there are not that many comments here, so don't let some negative ones discourage you from watching, especially if you were looking forward to it.
I'll admit it improved significantly in the last few episodes. However, I want to like it more than I actually do. On the other hand, if I compare it to Oh My Assistant it's a masterpiece.
I love them both so much, they're really cute. For approximately 95 % of the duration of the series I was smiling and in a good mood. However, I thought the final episode would be a bit more dramatic than it actually was. Although it fit the tone of the whole series, I guess.
Plot holes aside, I like it. Still, I think it's dragging now, I skipped a fair bit (maybe I wasn't really in the mood today). I wish they left the island already and went back to the real world.
I still feel hardly anything watching this. Get on with it!
Other than the obvious To My Star 2, it also reminds me of Happy Ending Romance, because I'd rather have Yeon Woo and the manager as a couple (like in HER with Jung Hyun and Tae Young).
The concept is nothing extraordinary but I won't say it's bad, the execution is. I just think if you had given it to Strongberry, they would have nailed it in two episodes with 10 minutes each.
