ACTING/CAST: WOW, these guys are smokin' HOT. Good actors too, all mature. The sexual tension between the actors was palpable.
MUSIC: It was good for this drama, very polished.
REWATCH VALUE: Yeah, might watch it again with a friend cause I'd like to see the eye candy again.
OVERALL: I can't stand the love triangle stuff but this movie does have a high production value. It's sexy and slick with great cinematography.

STORY: I really liked the cute, little moments that made up their lives, and that they were added throughout the film. It definitely conveyed the love they had for each other, that even in the middle of a crisis, they took time to reaffirm their love for one another. That's just so nice, something a lot of other BL dramas get wrong or miss out on.ACTING/CAST: The fact that the kisses were cute and not two-straight-actors-making-kissing-look-awkward. It's something other series could learn from. It came across that they had been together for some time and weren't afraid to be intimate. (my big gripe against other shows that still make the boys all coy when it comes to intimacy)
MUSIC: There's a theme, but frankly I forgot it already.
REWATCH VALUE: I will watch it again, now that I know the ending was happy.
OVERALL: My only fault with the story is that it's so short. The ending is a bit abrupt and rushed. I would have liked to see a bit more of the brother's motives and coming around, instead of just the phone call. As always, please support the studio and watch their other stuff so they keep making the best Korean BL!

ACTING/CAST: There were only three main characters but all were good actors and the two boys were not afraid to show some skin or kiss.
MUSIC: I liked it, some good beats.
REWATCH VALUE: I'll watch it again later when I go on a Strongberry/Matchbox binge again.
OVERALL: I love K-dramas and add gay to the mix and it's a hit! Please support these guys!

ACTING/CAST: The boys did well together and I liked the mom.
MUSIC: "Jigsaw Heart" by Boy Sompob is such a beautiful song; my new favorite Thai song.
REWATCH VALUE: I've seen it many times.
OVERALL: An almost perfect short BL movie.

ACTING/CAST: Quite excellent. I think Ma Ke (Du Yun Xiu) did a great job and is much more capable and versatile of an actor than the part required, which was a shame; most of the series he was simply scripted to be broody.
MUSIC: The music was good. The main song was English subbed.
REWATCH VALUE: I probably won't, but I will recommend this to my friends.
OVERALL: A very intriguing show, kept me interested the whole way. The pace slows in later episodes. The English subtitles were adequate, but could have really used a fluent English editor.

Not a sequel to Ghost Boyfriend or Ghost Boyfriend 2
Not a sequel...STORY: This is NOT a sequel to the first Ghost Boyfriend or Ghost Boyfriend 2. Completely unrelated, again. OK, so this time it seemed they tried to do some kind of horror movie, for 20 minutes, then the next 15 minutes was a quirky comedy, snooze through a few more minutes back to horror, then barely stay awake for more comedy, to end the whole thing in a very confusing plot twist with more horror... if you managed to stay awake long enough to see the ending. This was pretty boring, also they used being "gay" as a means to deceive each other when neither guy is gay. There is no "boyfriend" in this at all, bromance, or otherwise.
ACTIING/CAST: Nothing stood out, in fact, most of it was very amateurish.
MUSIC: Well, there was a song at the end but I basically skipped the credits cause I didn't care about this movie.
Rewatch Value: No.
Overall: Queer baiting, and not even good at that. After 2 "sequels", I suppose I should give up on the hope of ever a true sequel to the first movie.

I've read the manhua (the English translations) and watched the anime multiple times so there will be some comparisons...STORY: For at least the first half of the movie, it moves through through the original source material quickly, as there is much to skim over and a short amount of time to do it. There are some obvious changes that fans may not enjoy. (Check out my comments in the comment section for some details and spoilers.) The second half of the movie deviates a lot from the source and that's understandable because I think they wanted a self-contained movie adaptation and the manhua and anime are still ongoing. Still, it was neat to see an adaptation of this.
ACTING/CAST: I quite enjoyed the cute actors they cast except for the grandmother of the house who they turned into a senile old woman for no reason whatsoever.
MUSIC: It was the standard sweeping epic type music you'd expect. Side note: I love the music for both the Chinese and Japanese versions of the anime openings, specially the Japanese version of Season 2.
REWATCH VALUE: Well, I dunno. I think I'd rather rewatch the anime or catch up on the translations. The Chinese is over 275 chapters and English is only around chapter 70 (as of this writing 4/2/18).
OVERALL: They did a decent job adapting open-ended source material while not being an exact copy of the anime. Cheesy special effects. :O)

Total run time: approx 5h 23m. Each episode is around 18-22 minutes long but have 5 minutes of credits and in some cases another minute of what happened last episode. Take that all out and the run time is a lot shorter. Easy to binge in one setting with the fast-forward button.
ACTING/CAST: Same basic cast that is in Love Is More Than a Word. So it was nice to see them in different parts. They all do a great job. I totally loved Lu Zhou in both dramas and in this one he's a gun-wielding bad-ass. Also, the villian, Gu Han, from The Fairy Fox makes a cameo in one episode; see if you can spot him.
MUSIC: It was great actually. It made this show seem like a sweeping epic.
REWATCH VALUE: Of course! This is a great show with so much intrigue I need to watch it again.
OVERALL: Amazing production value. Shot in full 1080p! The sets and costume design are spectacular. It's a gorgeous production. I wish each episode was longer: credits just chew up so much screen time. For those looking for the BL aspect, there isn't anything overt but maybe something will happen in season 2.

Total run-time: approx. 80 minutes. I saw it on YouTube, it was choppy and low rez, English subbed.
STORY: The story was somewhat interesting but also somewhat disjointed and confusing. There seemed to be big leaps from one part of the plot to another and I had trouble following. I was never really sure why something was happening. I could be just me not understanding Chinese mythology. I wouldn't say the ending was sad, it wasn't happy either. Nobody dies, so that's a good thing.
ACTING/CAST: The roles seemed to have been played well but I felt some of the acting was a bit wooden. They did cast a number of pretty people for this.
MUSIC: Nothing memorable.
REWATCH VALUE: Meh, saw it, know how it ends, why see it again? Moving on.
OVERALL: This reminded me a lot of 80s American Fantasy, something like Highlander. Immortal (but not really) beings in the human realm doing stuff. Some of the effects seemed the same, kinda cheesy. The BL part of the story was almost nothing more than a footnote.
TL;DR: Watch the series "My Roommate Is a Fairy Fox" instead. It's better.

ACTING/CAST: They did a good job but the only part of this video I cared for was the relationship between Feng Yi Chen and Run Yi. I felt the love they had for each and their tears made me tear up too. Good chemistry.
MUSIC: Standard for this kind of show.
REWATCH VALUE: No, thanks.
OVERALL: I hated this and am sorry I watched it. Very disappointed. This is a story that didn't need to be told.

ACTING/CAST: The guys are cute and they have good chemistry. There are a number of sweet moments and they pull them off nicely.
MUSIC: I only seem to remember a piano in the background. It went well with the show but I remember little else.
REWATCH VALUE: Nah, while it was enjoyable once, no need to see it again.
OVERALL: This is a multilingual movie: Thai, Japanese, English. It was fun to watch. Also it was sweet to watch Toey and Oat draw close to each other. But, as the details section states above, they have to disappointingly "return to the 'real world'." Also, lots of pretty scenery of Japan. Hope you like Natt?!

ACTING/CAST: All were professional about their work but I really thought Damrongsakkul Ingkarat (Young Oat) did a great job being only 12 at the time.
MUSIC: It was OK but not memorable.
REWATCH VALUE: Maybe with a friend.
OVERALL: A well-done coming-of-age movie. The cinematography was excellent.

ACTING/CAST/MUSIC: OK
REWATCH VALUE: No. If it was much shorter or the "love story" was much better developed, sure.
OVERALL: I watched this with a friend hoping for a good love story but it's a hateful love story instead.

ACTING/CAST: Falling in Love with a Rival ring a bell? These guys are cute. Too bad Feng Jian Yu didn't have any lines.
MUSIC: The song was English-subbed.
REWATCH VALUE: For eye candy purposes only. Though the scenes with the cat were cute.
OVERALL: A short one to tide me over until Counterattack Season 2.
