The main problem of China is communist party (as everywhere else in the world). My country has communist history, so I know what I am writing about. When people with different thinking were not allowed to go to high school or college. Artists were banned or arrested, their works were forbidden to air. In the ellections, all people voted for communist. Who would want to vote differently would have big problems... so there was practically no opposition. All people were "happy" (or were not allowed to look unhappy), etc...

But if it was only chinese problem, I would not care. But the 2nd problem is chinese expansion and trying to assimilate other nations (Tibet, Hong Kong, now Taiwan is on a hot ground...). They slowly become a threat for the world. They are similar to the Borg: "Resistence is futile, you will be assimilated!". But China is not the only one threat in the world... so I wonder how it will all end (probably in some WW3, hopely not too soon).

Thanks for the warning. Chinese dramas I watched were so far good from the beginning to the end, but I watched only few of them and also shorter ones. :) What I like are dramas with Wan Peng (My GF is an Alien, Meeting You, First Romance...)

If she was older then there would still be 900 years age gap. ;-) This imho better shown the contrast between so old man and a woman from the current time. It looked weird to me first too, but later I liked that Eun Tak is young and so energetic. :)

It was nice story and Kim So Hyun was amazing. Many people here got SLS, but I somehow can't think that way. I can see both MLs only as very good friends of FLs, not as love interests. Both helped a lot, but I had a feeling that the story is more about friendship than romance.

Not another movie like this please. Seeing SooBin smoking almost killed me by a heart attack. I need to recover to finish the movie. Please SooBin, stay healthy, don't smoke!

What I am looking forward to are new dramas with Wan Peng (My Girlfriend is an Alien 2 and Crush), then Our Police Course and movie Pirates: Globlin Flag with Chae Soo Bin, and Lupin no Musume (the movie) with Fukada Kyoko. :)

First time watching I dropped it too. It was my first cdrama and some characters were annoying and language sounded too childish. But then someone told me, that the story will get better, so I gave it 2nd chance and liked it (because you can relax with it, leads are strong and there are no stupid breakups). OP song is my favourite. There are surely better dramas, but this is good as an introduction to cdramas.

Gorgeous girl, my the most favourite japanese actress. Her smile is very beautiful.

Very nice sci-fi romance with gorgeous Ueto Aya.

Meeting You (2020) - ML is shy at the beginning, but gets better. FL is bubbly (total opposite to ML). They complement each other very well. There is good character development for both leads, no love triangles, no breakups, almost no conflicts, very relaxing.

I like this genre, it is very relaxing. Slowly burning romance with almost no conflicts, no love triangles, almost no interference into relationship from other characters(at least when the couple is at home), if there is some comedy its even better.
A Piece of Your Mind is one of my favourites. I watched it for CSB, but both leads were amazing. It could be longer, but it was satisfying. Thanks for the article and also for other recommendations in comments.
My recommendations:
- cdrama Meeting You (2020) - slowly from the best friends to lovers, almost no conflict, leads communicate and help each other... very relaxing and funny romcom.
- jdrama Shanai Marriage Honey - it is mini series, so it is quite fast, but it is also very relaxing with many happy moments and a lot of skinship. They start with a marriage without love and fall in love later.

I also started watching this after Shanai Marriage(which is 10/10), but this is almost non watchable for me. FL is awesome, but there are too many annoying characters that keep coming in the worst times to ruin romantic moments and meddle with things that should be solved by leads only (Yoshiura Waka is the worst of all). How it could be relaxing story? (I saw 2 episodes)

I have not seen this one, but good school drama (from high school to college) is "Meeting You" (2020 with Wan Peng). It is very nice sweet and fluffy romcom.

It can be considered as happy ending with sad flavour, As Yian Ji wrote, it is hard to explain. Don't worry and watch, it is worth it.

Thanks for the warning. I saw 7 episodes and it is very frustrating. Most of males are total morons and females are not good either. The story is interesting and I would like to know what happens to FL, but maybe I should just drop it.
