first of all, being a fan of Faye doesn't make your view good or bad, I hope this is clear. That being said, This…
I think you misunderstood me about chemistry. I never claimed they dont have any, that was your claim, and I refused to comment on it because I simply disagree with that. I find their chemistry fine and cute actually, as do many others, which is why I said it is up to personal taste.
Also you said you are a major Faye fan but you don't know that Faye said she wont do the fixed CP thing? Faye and Atom might work in more projects together but it's not set in stone.
And this is a discussion about Broken of Love not being to your liking, what does future projects have to do with anything?
I am a big Faye fan. I don't know but the series looks too fast-paced. Maybe there is so much to unfold in the…
first of all, being a fan of Faye doesn't make your view good or bad, I hope this is clear.
That being said, This is not a romance drama, never promoted as such, therefore the romance and the couple take second stage in the plot. Which might be why you are not enjoying the pace and the way it is told.
I think many people expect this to be like every other GL romance drama, and look at it from that perspective. But it's not, it's a revenge drama that happens to have a GL couple in it. any character could swap gender and the story would be the exact same.
I'm not exactly sure what you mean by chemistry, everyone has their own idea of what that means it seems. So I have no comment on that, I guess it's down to personal taste.
As for the story driven fast pace, no filler, and cinematic approach of this work, it is exactly what the fans asked for. you see Faye actually ran a survey back in May last year. We wanted this, we asked for it. And she provided. It's not for everybody, obviously, but at the end of the day it is both what we her fans wanted and what she wanted, she combined the two. She produced these series with her own funding because she wanted creative freedom, she was involved with writing the script and outline the story, so from all sides is something that she wanted to play in and to please her fans.
if that's something some people don't like, that's fine, you don't have to like every project your fave makes. I just want people to understand why this show is the way it is, and don't go in expecting something else and get disappointed when it's not.
bottom line: you like it? good, enjoy. you dont like it? also good, there are plenty of other shows to watch and enjoy. as simple as that
I honestly donβt think this will good series to watch since it kinda toxic
why? Are you a child and incapable of separating reality from fiction? Adults have already developed that skill with age. If you are a minor, then this series is obviously not for you.
Faye didn't announce a series that is perfectly vanilla, sugar, and butterflies, in fact she announced revenge, blood, and death.
if you are here to preach though, you came to the wrong place, we don't care
I know my opinion here will be unpopular, but I want to see Faye paired with an actress whoβs as old as she…
from your public list, I see you watched "the Earth" "the secret of Us" "clairebell" to name few, all of them with equal, greater, and much greater age gaps between the actresses, but you mind Faye's business for some reason, some of you act as if Faye is 84 years old or something. Also the whole "she looks alike" bs coming from people who love that other person so much and cant move on, is ridiculous.
you don't want to watch broken of love? be my guest enjoy all the other shows on your list nobody forces you, but to come here with this type of hypocrisy speaks more about you than Faye.
also if we want to call this show a masterpiece, then what about it?
you mean the lesbians who would be married for 15 years to their wives and still wonder if their wife really likes…
in all seriousness Arisa is someone very guarded. For her to dive into a relationship to make it real is hard because of her goal for revenge she cant open up easily because as she says her world is way too dark. she doesnt want to give too much hope to Lyla because at any moment things can go south and I'm sure she doesn't want Lyla to be collateral damage.
3 months doing romantic shit together and she thinks it's too fast for a label? Are we sure she's a lesbian lol
you mean the lesbians who would be married for 15 years to their wives and still wonder if their wife really likes them "like that" ? Besides Arisa is a tsundere, of course she wont admit she's been dating for 3 months
Honestly i really likes the show until they decided to skip their entire begining relationship and jump 3 months…
well it is a revenge drama not a romance one nothing wrong with romance dramas, I love them myself, but in this the main story is not about the romance.

she has all the potential :)

I'm so dead guys, it was so good
I'm so excited!!

never mind

nothing wrong with romance dramas, I love them myself, but in this the main story is not about the romance.
but sadly the actress doesn't have a page.
when Arisa took Lyla for a ride, and when she stopped Lyla came out of the car as if her life depended on it π
