I think both should be responsible—the agency and her. You shouldn’t let others dictate your career choices. She also has a say in what projects to take, especially since she has restrictions.

in the novel, he spend time in the room with FL paintings and closed the door (others says he touch himself, i did not saw that part while reading, maybe i skip some parts)

Why involve Chuyu in grain swapping and just killed her at the end? They made her leaving on Wei Mansion a big deal then just to have a little screen time and then just died.
