There is a big reversal of roles in this part. Naksu kind of was like UK is in part 2, she was using him to get back her Powers. She considered abandoning him at one point during the later episodes when she got backs her Powers when in Jeonginkak. She poisoned him too, yes that was to open his gates of energy but that was still very risky & shitty to do ha ha

part one Uk was cheerful, sweet, loyal, opposite to Naksu. In part 1 Uk made her fall in love with him and she stop being so serious and assassin mode-y.
This time She would make him fall in love with her and h will change.

It’s not okay for sure. But he has shades of gray and moral failings, like people do, characters can’t always be morally upright that’s what makes him a real person / character, especially in his situation, he is a husk of his former self., he’s a broken man. We see though he’s slowly coming alive with yeong. The entire point is Yeong’s love is slowly bringing him back from wanting to off himself and being detached and so rough and harsh.

What’s the Order of these movies?

It’s a fun show. It starts out well, does have low points, but no doubt it’s entertaining. Plus for me, I loved watching the chemistry between Chanmi and Sooheon as they worked together, so that made it fun. I would not call it riverdale. That is the insult of the worst level. Lol

But it’s not a smart show, it’s fun and entertaining and sometimes that counts.

I was hoping they would introduce a separate love interest for him.I thought maybe the servant girl the queen hurt. If we had more episode sadly we don’t, that could have been a plot line.him saving a poor servant girl and falling for her. Kind of like red sleeve but a happier ending.coz that drama was traumatising

It’s his anti hero tag. Uk is hurting, he’s mean even sometimes. He wants to push Yeong away but she keeps pulling him back in. But he cares for her, even if he doesn’t want to. He’s scarred not like in part 1when he was all smiles and light hearted.

Me too I think. I have a big exam in February. I need to focus on that. AOS takes a lot of my attention away. Lol

There’s only 1 hong sister drama with sad ending, that was Hotel del Luna because the FL had done a lot of bad things it didn’t make sense for her to live happily ever after, and only Korean Odyssey with open ending, even that open ending indicates that Son-o-gong would get his girl anyhow. I don’t know why ppl think they like sad endings. Master’s sun and My GF is a gumiho both had happy endings. It’s unlikely that this will be a sad ending.

They are reversing scenarios from part 1. They both died at end of part 1, they will most likely live on and the death of part 1 will be contrasted with birth of children.

I don’t know what I will do when this show is over. 😭

He definitely meant that he would sleep with her if she wanted a baby. But he would not love her. I think he didn’t take into consideration that he can develop feelings for her.even when he married her he did it for something he wanted not expecting to care for her. That’s why he screams ‘why you’ when she meets him with the jade, he struggles that he’s caring for her. He expected it all to be bussiness like I guess but our Yeong is squirming into his heart.

I’m okay that they included such a line. It shows how harsh loosing Naksu made him. That was a jerk thing to say but Uk has been hardened by loosing her and that shows it. But no matter how hard he tires Yeong will get him to lover her again.

I will never watch love alarm. Coz I know, there’s no way I can go with an ending where the FL will choose someone other then Song Kang. He’s just that effective

I don’t think so. Only one drama by Hong sisters has a sad ending and it’s Hotel Del Luna. Korean Odyssey had an open ending, but it’s clear the ML Son O Gong will get the FL back as he drives off. Other dramas like Masters Sun, My gf is a Gumiho had happy endings. So I’m not expecting a sad ending here, especially since part 1 ended in tragedy and in this part they are reversing the scenario from part 1, and they both died in part 1, I think they will both live.

And if. We are lucky, they will reverse the death with life. And give us Uk&Yeong’s kids.
