I can say I am in no way a sensitive person but when I got humiliated in my first project with no mistake of mine, I too found a private space and just cried. It is the fastest way to get back to your mindset to go on with the day. In college too I used to cry after every jury so that i get over the humiliation and focus on what i needed to do next.

the production design is terrible(like its set in 1931 in the first episode whats with that short hair, polyester and nylon all over in costumes, those odd curtains and paint on wood). over the top character set up for some characters . i hope it gets better in later episodes. for now i will drop it and watch it after some days.
