Actually, yeh it's bit unnecessary for all those jealousy arc and finally to be together it took ages. As for Song Cong and Du Man, even if they have lot of screentime I don't know what they wanna show Since it was an open ending for both I feel this Screentime was enough.
People who feel Ey's acting as cringe and annoying please leave this page and no one is clinging to your feet to watch this drama of her's. You cannot assassinate her character. Anyways this drama is really really great and very positive so far. Esther is as usual nailing her character. It's hard to replace her with other actresses to be honest. The pace of this drama is stable considering ot have only 23 eps.

And The way qiqi was in school era wasn't to SC liking but then she changed her character while she proposed SC and that character was SC's type so he decided to give it a try.

QiQi's story was not that interesting compared to Du Man's story for Song Cong. 😞
