Hidden love and the first frost are totally of different genre but both are beautiful in it's own way!... If you don't compare both, you are ready to go! Unlike hidden love FF had a melancholy and bit of a dark vibe!

I think you misunderstood the whole story itself. It was never about who loves more, it's about What FL has gone through amd and why FL decided to leave ML. If something traumatic happens in someone's life and it drags until the time you stand by your own leg, will someone let the loved one suffer along them too? If FL is decided to break up it's definitely because she had a strong reason! And FL still love ML So much but she abruptly can't go and confess, she is still in a state of mind that whether she deserves to love someone or deserves to be happy!

The sleepwalking scene really touched me. WYF walking towards the warmth(SY) when she was stuck in the dark forest and hugged the Sun in the dream. This author is such a poet. What a beautiful depiction, and ZRN just nailed the emotions just with her face and tears

This drama is too underrated. I'm really enjoying the trio and the Main leads. They are depicting the story way too beautifully

This is my second drama of Zhang Ruo Nan. She is really well suited for the sad characters. She actually suffered from same criticism and comments for Love is paneca. I don't why people can't understand the backstory and the things the FL is going through. Should a girl suffered from harrasment all the way in her life in the drama be enthusiastic and romantic and happy all the day? People are truly insane to the core!

You should absolutely not miss it 😌
