ep 20. HHL is cold. How can anyone walk away during someone's darkest time? I never liked her, and in every scene where she was crying, I never felt a thing. She was never believable to me. Number one for her was always herself. I do not hate her but she is the complete opposite of XCS.

I said "for me" it is the most important relationship. Friendships that last a lifetime through thick and thin are endearing and extremely rare.

While most people would have said the truth about the mine right away. I disagree with others that paint YCG as a bad guy. I think XCS really wanted the secrecy and forced it upon YCG which is why YCG at the first chance told HHL. Of all people, YCG would want to be a hero for HHL but he told her. It shows the good (and faults) of both their characters and that is what makes this drama spectacular. The current 8.2 rating is a farce... It is one of the best dramas I have ever watched.

One thing that came clear to me in ep 19. The most important relationship to me in this drama is the childhood friendship between XCS and YCG.

Ep 18. Liu Rui Lin has really shown he can really act. Liu Rui Lin and Xiao Zhan. Omg, the acting of these two... Spectacular. Palpable.

You're doing awesome in The Youth Memories. Love you in all your dramas. Been a fan for a long time. Keep up the great work.

Very strong romance genre of several couples. The romances in this cover all feelings, like unrequited love, love at first sight, self love... Etc. All interesting. The story between the leads begins right away but when they get together, I do not know if and when they will. It has me guessing who will be with who at the end. To me, it is by far one of the most gripping storylines, with and without romance.

I totally ship Yan Qiu and Qi Tian!! It has been a while since I have been so invested in a side character's romance.

I always thought HHL was a bit annoying but at the beginning of ep 11, her speech won my heart. I am not saying I want her to be with XCS, I think Xiao Mei is a more natural match for him, with similar personalities but I respect HHL more now. This drama is so unique. I like them all, very balanced characters. They do not just make them all good or all bad but human, real. I love this.

What an incredible drama. Xiao Zhan is so talented (I love his music). Every character he plays from The Untamed to The Wolf to whatever to Where Dreams Begin, he becomes THAT character. I am impressed with everything concerning this drama so far. I am usually only into costume and period dramas because I find any other types mundane or ordinary or maybe cute enough to watch but this... This one is extraordinary to me for so many reasons.

Ep 19-20. These episodes were really good, explaining both sides. Good drama.

On episode 34. Oh man, this is a great drama. I started watching it because Douban has it as one of the highest-rated dramas. More people need to see this political masterpiece.

Hurry up. I need my Lee Joon Gi fix hehe.
