I really liked this version. I watched the SK one first and had mixed feelings. Then I watched this version and I really liked it.

I had the same thoughts. I ended up pushing through and finished, but it wasn't worth it imo. It felt like nothing really happened for 40 episodes.

the ML and the SFL never date or really ever have a relationship that could turn into dating because he was uninterested in her romanticly. the ML is like a super smart cold lead type character so he only shows his feelings to the FL

I really enjoyed this drama but I have to skip so much of the princess sister scenes. She is a horrible character and forces this guy into marriage and then complains when he is not the good little husband she wants him to be. He said to her like a bunch of times, no I won't love you, stop asking. She tries to force him into sex when he doesn't comply.

The princess sister should have had a different ending. She should have died next to the emperor and not given the right to control control a country. The 2nd brother while having a batshit mother seemed like a good option.

Oh most definitely. She had a maybe crush on WJ at best. She never gives WJ any time that is personal or comforting. But also WJ just waits in the bushes at her house and then sees YSJ and EJ walking together and just leaves without talking which isn't super helpful for him. While WJ isn't totally perfect, he doesn't deserve he poor treatment (thus far). The constant proposing from WJ to YSJ is getting annoying for because it's so weird and abrupt since they haven't done any relationship things.

I don't think YSJ is the worst but she's in a moral grey area right now. She is being messy in a not great way. Make some decisions YSJ!

There is like no chemistry for YSJ and JWJ. They spend minimal time together and it feels more like acquaintances.

I watched like the first 45 and then from 95-120 and it was a good choice. It dragged even from 95-100 and the part I skipped in the middle sounded so horrible that I was happy that I didn't waste my time. This is an okay watch. If you run out of daytime dramas this might be something to watch.

The SIL character is a completely horrible and disgusting. I wish she had also died.

yes on the triangle but it’s mostly the SFL acting crazy on her own. the SML also is crazy but also kind of separate from the leads.

the leads just mostly ignore them. it’s not too bad. I reaaallly hate messy triangles but this wasn’t too bad.

The head monk is like you need to always trust each other to fix the karma but then they both return home to Bangkok and then IMMEDIATELY start fighting each other because they don't trust each other.

It took a long time for them to get together and then only one episode of happiness. They were so cute and happy. Then they collapsed for imo stupid reasons. AND TWO YEARS WENT BY?

I wish there was way less work stuff. I felt like it was a lot of meetings.
