Anyone have any recommendations like this? It's my favourite movie ever and I'd love to watch anything similar…
I have another recommendation. It's a Chinese drama called Twelve Letters. Jackson Yee is even in it, but in a supporting role. Very similar vibe. It's gritty, beautifully shot, and young ML and FL have the same us against the world situation. Acting is good. I haven't finished it yet, so can't vouch for the ending, but really enjoying it so far. Give it a little time to unfold. It may seem a tad overheated in the beginning, but then it hits its stride.
this was a masterpiece the acting, cinematography ate. it been long I watched a drama like this I need more recommendations.…

It appears that they both go to jail. Have to keep watching once the credits roll. They're in separate police vans. It says she was sentenced to 4 years. He probably had a short sentence for being an accessory after the fact.

Something that has a similar vibe to it is the k-movie A Night in Paradise. However, it is much darker, bleaker and more violent. But imho, it's still beautiful. It's on Netflix.
There should be a downvote option here, man.. everytime there's a complex female character who doesn't show her…
Maybe there should be a downvote every time someone loftily implies that they know best and that you should not have the response that you have to a character. I'm glad that you don't find her annoying, but I do. I agree with Bayanoh that her extreme childishness is irritating. Everyone feels the way they feel. That's not wrong or right.
Another thriller lover here! What about Evilive, King of Pigs, One Ordinary Day, Night in Paradise, and Designated Survivor? Haha, Blue Umbrella! We are all trying to find any that you haven't seen!

Hahaha! This is so rich! You really do have no insight whatsoever into your own behavior! You came onto this page with YOUR bitterness and YOUR anger. Joyce G. called you out for it, too. Like her, I also felt the need to call you out. It's pretty clear that you are not capable of any self-reflection and have no ability to either read the room or control yourself. I'm neither bitter nor angry. I'm done now. So you can run along.

The garbage on this page is most definitely you! No one needs or wants your so-called concern or protection. What a little twat you are, attempting to big yourself up by putting everyone else down! It didn't work. You only made it clear that you're an idiot. You're someone who should keep your mouth shut, so people don't immediately discover what a puny, defective human being you are. Advice you should take...
If you're in the US (like me), only the dubbed version is available on Disney+ due to regional restrictions. I…
Thank you, Charlieann! So I am in the US. Hulu is part of the Disney+ package. I can go to the Hulu icon after I'm in Disney+ and I can click on Light Shop, but it is still dubbed. No worries tho, I have other ways to watch it. I started watching Black Out on Hulu a few months ago, when Hulu was separate and I believe it had two versions, one dubbed and the other in the orginal language. That is not the case now. Perhaps Disney doesn't realize there are tons of Kdrama fans who are fine with the original language and subs...
If Disney+ is not working watch it on kissasain or myasaintv
Thanks, Life. I am able to go off the reservation and watch it other ways. I just think it's bullshit if this is all Disney is offering, and wondered if I was missing something.
Hi, can someone please answer a question for me? I am new to Disney+ and I attempted to watch Light Shop on it. The only version that appeared to be available was the English dubbed version. I HATE dubbing! I wanna hear Uhm Tae Goo's sexy deep voice. On this English dubbed version, it seems that you can turn the English subs on or off, but can't turn the dubbing off. Am I just unable to figure it out, or is this all that Disney is offering? There is no separate Korean audio version.
Just adding to what a poster below said about Hulu being stuck on Episode 8. All of those episodes dropped at the same time on Hulu on 9/1 and there has been nothing since. Not sure what they're doing. I did watch one more episode on an unnamed site, but I wish Hulu would give us some idea when more episodes are coming.
