I'm pretty sure that isn't true since I've seen a number of kdramas where the father wanted to be in their child's life and was able to even if they weren't together. But where is your sause do you know the laws in SK?

Again, you being upset the father of your baby cheated still does not give you the right to deprive your child of knowing who their father is especially if they are willing to be a father, that's common sense and it's 2023 men have more rights now.

Imagine being a single mother with no one to love your baby cause you're petty, that wouldn't be fair to the child now, would it?
