the literal title of this show is ableist in korean and calling young woo cute is ableist ur infantilizing her…
I do understand that, even in EAW I think she has her cute moments, but it's the overall 'uwu she's so cute' attitude about Young-woo as a character that feels infantilizing, especially compared to other dramas (yes, even other PEB dramas).

" i am only here just to say this show is ableist cuz some koreans have said so" So this isn't your informed opinion but the opinion of "some koreans" got it.
And, yes actually, you ARE invalidating my voice. Saying that "some koreans" think it's ableist therefore it's an ableist drama and inferring that the people who watch it are also ableist, invalidates my voice and my experience with autism. I am not FROM Korea and so yes, some of my experiences around how Korean society and autism affect one another may not be accurate, but autism is autism. Autistic traits don't just magically change based on what country you're in.
As an aside, I do also speak Korean and, of the autistic Korean's I've spoken with, most have really enjoyed the drama.

You are definitely welcome to your own opinion but I'm autistic, and I have a lot of other autistic friends who are watching this show and we don't find it to be that way. You don't have to watch it or like it, but invalidating other autistic peoples love of this show is ALSO ableist. Autistic people don't fit into a box so some might identify with Young-woo and some might not which is totally fine. In regards to the title, this also seems to be a bit of a split issue with autistic viewers, I personally PREFER the Korean title, I wouldn't call myself Extraordinary but I OFTEN call myself weird/strange, but people who don't like it are also valid.
The only part I do agree with you on is the infantilization of Young-woo with excessive amounts of comments calling her cute/adorable etc. It's definitely a problem but I place that blame on the fans and not the show itself.
The show wasn’t promoted as a romance. That’s probably why it doesn’t have a romance tag.
I thought from the trailer there was a romantic undertone. YW goes to introduce herself and everyone in her head says not to say then JH in her head says "I'm curious about you YW" and she says exactly what she wanted to say in the first place. Idk, just what I got from it.
5. Attorney Choi Su Yeon told litigation Attorney Lee Joon Ho that he should set boundaries on when Attorney Woo…
This was my favourite part! He did it in such a nice way, normally people just get fed up because they didn't set a boundary and then snap at me (even though I typically ask them to because I can't tell what they are if you don't tell me) I like that neurotypicals can watch this and see how it's done :)
Not all women with autism are the same actually. Crazy, I know.
Again, not necessarily true, the autism spectrum is not as black and white as you are making it out to be. I understand that your idea of who the character should be is not matching up with who she actually is, but personally as well as other people on the spectrum I know who have watched this, have found Woo Young-woo to be a fully formed, and thoughtfully created character so far.

Again, not necessarily true. And as far as I am aware no where in the show has it said that she has aspergers. Whenever she introduces herself she says she has autism spectrum disorder and that's it
