what the heck ep16?? this drama is not the best drama out there but it’s so intriguing, so interesting, I just want more

I thought he was gonna be a killer until the last episode and get caught, I’m a bit disappointed. also what did the ending indicate? that he’s gonna go back to killing people for justice? are they opening room for a season 2?
