Title Leh Ratree
I like here how they portray some characters as good people though they really evil ones. Drama really depicts…
I saw comments there this daughter sale is compared with business marriage. They are totally wrong. These parents leave their daughters with some respect and dignity, because marriage is respectful institution. Moreover they leave daughters a path to live their lives. Here situation is totally different and synopsis is very wrong.

Here parents sell daughter to prostitute until child is conceived. Born child will be taken away. Daughter will leave this "business marriage" while have been enslaved, raped for about year, never been married but brought child, child taken away without ability to see him - so will have to leave country or city etc. This is damaged goods as it could been. Especially in asian countries. She cannot have expectations of having married ever in her life. She will have plan her future to prostitute going forward or best case scenario being maid (quite impossible because of caste). Highest possibility that she will choose simple path and will kill herself after "business marriage" ends.

Tongue does not roll to call this arranged marriage. Sadly this show never tells what is situation really. It covers with cloud of rational lies and viewer does not stop to think what actually happened. It makes a mood like parents sold one simple sexual intercourse and after that it will not have any implications. Please, bear with us daughter. But actually they killed daughters normal life and probably herself.

Here is drama because something happens between prostituted daughter and client. In this drama family tragedy is sold as just weird uncomfortable situation, where biggest risk is having people nagging you or slapping your face.

It is a show where you want to kill main character and her parents. It would be meaningful happy ending. Would anyone here cry if Kate would drop dead in the last episode? Like meat.

I like here how they portray some characters as good people though they really evil ones. Drama really depicts a story there several bad people gathered together and conspired for a huge crime. After that it began with rationalization that this crime was really good thing.
If you change the music of drama you can make it as horror thriller:

It starts with a trickster, who is cornered in bad situation and thought a way to use some blood non-related girl who he has known for over 20 years. She calls him father but he actually does not care about it. He is most understandable person here who has nothing to lose. He is just any other bad person with wide mouth. But his rationalization turns other characters into really evil ones. Evil rating - 1 star.

After scenes when he talks with his "sold meat" as a.k.a. loving parent. Evil rating - 7 stars.

At first is Kate's mom. She chooses love over ability to protect her three children. At first during the crisis she left children without warning them. For her it did not matter whether her daughters were sold to prostitution or other things happened during her disappearance. Zero motherly instincts. At least warn them. But her priority was to find her addictive husband in order to shout and cry that he did bad thing AGAIN. Then she agrees to sell a daughter that is the least valuable to her. She is not biological daughter of her husband and is remembrance of pain in previous relationship. Kate has no one in the family to protect her, but her mom. So after Kate is sold family will remain intact and stronger than ever. Mom decides to hide under husband, who will pursue Kate into the crime. After that she will live her fantasy life and everyone will think she is model mom for remaining two children. Even she will have a husband to spend the nights with. She has to prioritize her needs. Just like selling 50 kg meat, no loses. Evil rating - 5 stars.

Brother and sister. After halfsister is sold they will live more happily than ever. They do not blame their parents. These have huge potential to grow into more evil ones. Now evil rating - 2 stars.

Kate itself. At first she is shown as clueless person when screams of cockroach during life and death situation. She agrees to be sold into prostitution and sell her future child without the wink. Who cares about boyfriend-fiancee. Who cares about becoming mother. Who cares about anything she will be able to sell herself again in need of money (actually she did it again). At least she will get to continually express her love for parents who do not love her. In this deal she will get course "accelerated life lessons 101" too. Where do I sign? She is so proud of her father that gave this job offer. Why she needs to be angry with her parents? They are such adorable. Evil rating - 7 stars.

By the way for the first time I understand people who say they prefer version with rape scenes. It really relates with viewer who wants to kill main character.

Boyfriend. It just rented prostitution for one year. Big deal. This love triangle will be exciting, so why not join? He does not want to kill sold girlfriends parents, but rather befriend them. He will be in better position after prostitution contract ends. Who would not want these parents-in-law? Evil rating - 3 stars.

Sake. At first he is shown having good freakish fantasy when he asks Kate to stand on one leg. In this deal he cheaply gets the doll to vent his anger on all women in the world for being liars. You can only guess what RAPING poses he has in his mind. He has fantasy without limits. Evil rating - 4 stars.

Sake's mom. She needs to buy a new toy for her ailing son. Before dying she needs to have lineage. Additionally having person at home to vent her insecurities is very good deal. Evil rating - 3 stars

Sake's sister. Does not care about anything. Evil rating - 1 star.

I predict all these characters will have happy ending without having any drop of remorse. Especially Kate's mom. Her daughter will love her even more. Why cry over meat?

And I watched this show and caught myself rationalizing that this actually good deal for every side. Some people left admiring comments. Question yourselves what is your evil rating?

In later episodes lead guy changes his behavior into disgusting, control freak. Like in many lakorns writers try to explain that he just want to win and actually he is not bad, which is total bs. Lead girl is annoying because she cannot communicate with people and express her needs, just wants to blame people for not understanding and shield herself with anger. Both never asks questions because it is a shame for them to ask. Writers want to portray that this situation is because both are prideful and competitive, but doing it very unsuccessfully. Plot happens not because of their pride, but because their inability to express themselves. It has nothing to do with pride, seems writers do not completely understand this complex emotion. I suggest to drop this after 5 episodes, because after that ends charm of their bickering and it becomes repetitive, boring. Last episode was pretty good.

At first this drama was very entertaining. Simple but good story with enough action scenes.

Episodes 15-16 was very boring. In middle of episode 17 you cannot chuckle from absurd endings. Main lead at first forgave the person who killed her both parents, cheated with her best friend, framed her as financial criminal, stole her all money, tried to assassinate her and kill her with his own hands. But she could not forgive person who did not share his pain and did not told about his fiances murder circumstances. Wtf?

And in the end after not seeing each other for quite time, the very first thing he does, he proposes. And proposal was exactly the same as the evil guy did to her in first episode.
At her workplace - check;
beautiful lights - check;
friends ready to cheer- check; etc.
That was quite sarcastically funny. You can only admire how stupid writers can be. You have to be very imaginative to make worse ending than it is.

She should not taken role in "Sanaeha Sunya Kaen" (2014) there she falls in love with her rapist and abductor and in the end lives with him happily ever after. Sounds like she is encouraging raping woman. Other than that acting was not bad.

Watched last episode. Astonished for worst. Rapist ends with "happy ending". Writers wanted rapist love be even more cherished because explains that she (main lead) even did not kill his lover. And he (main lead) does not have any drop of shame that he did. Just was one short scene him drinking that is it. How even this was televised?? Seems in other dramas like Le Jun Kay rapist ends dead or something like that, but here like he did nothing wrong and he should taken this path to find his love. This scenario is encouragement for rape. Wtf.

I detest actress Jane for taking this role and agreeing to this path. Like she supports raping woman.

Is RAPE prouded in Thailand culture??? He rapped her and before several times almost raped and by design they should fall in love because they are main leads. Even after rape scene producers made funny scene with funny music. Wtf? Dropped after ep 5. I feel disgusted. So rape can be justified and rationalized for whatever reason?? And that writers intend to do in the next 10 episodes. People, please, do not watch this.

Edit: By the way warning for Justified Rape and Stockholm syndrome should not count as spoiler. Because after reading comments see there will be countless rape scenes even after ep 5

I am on episode 18. Why writers made made 180 degrees change for main characters from super smart to super stupid?…
And I was right. Epic overblown endings should be used as humor, not as life and death situation, seems writer missed the point or did not have education about drama writing. If they went this direction at least they should show that he is to blame for her cancer. He left her in lions den because he had "greed for goodness" and could not accept situation and its seriousness because of his greed. She said she needs to eliminate enemies to protect herself and him, but he did not accept that nor showed her viable solution, just bluntly refused and left.

The better epic ending would be include his gangster friend with association to first episode and make humorous situation. That way he could showcase his skills for last time. Now they messed everything - no epic ending to please viewers or no ending to dramatize moral of the story. They should choose one to reach their goal.

I am on episode 18. Why writers made made 180 degrees change for main characters from super smart to super stupid? It is so illogical. At first Yeo Jin could predict every move from Secretary, even his communication with enemy, but know she does not even know when company directors meet in her house behind her back? At first she had many sources of information, but now has only Secretary and trusts him completely? Yong Pal changed even more. At firs he was alert, street smart and did not trust everyone, but know he will trust her enemy words more than her itself? And he will not try to understand situation and its seriousness? This was good drama, and had interesting point at what happens after revenge is done, that end is not the end. But they could made it a little bit more realistic. It seems that they aiming at the epic ending then he will must save her operating against his will because of outside threats. It seems Korean writers does not have imagination how to create problems in relationship without making characters look stupid. I am very disappointed.

Awful. Dropped after few episodes because of really bad writing. It is failed adaptation of "think before you…
F.e. why they agree to live at parents house? No explanation. Because it is against their views/character as showed it previous episodes. Also her sister lives independently. So writers created it because they needed problems. in TBYM there was economical issue. Here no reasoning.

Her relationship with the boss is extremely good in first episodes. No conflicts between them. But in order to please boss she decides to go against her new family friend. wtf with this logic? If writers wanted go that way so at least show some unpleasantness in their relationship at the beginning. Create a need at first.

Also implies that their bosses are really good friends at the first episode . How she could not know who is his boss, and predict that will cause him problems.

Ironically this drama genre should be about character issues you could not see before marriage. About deep character qualities that might create conflict in certain situations. But here are no character continuity, no character deepness at all. Writers create problems very comfortably without thinking how to build up them. If there is a need they just will change character to suit that scene.

Awful. Dropped after few episodes because of really bad writing. It is failed adaptation of "think before you marry". The problems occur in their relationship are unrealistic, very artificial, not based on character issues or any other reasoning - just make it for 40 episodes. Only first episode is quite interesting. After that not worth your time. 1.0/10

Very great comedy/parody. Many cliche moments have unexpected reactions as you would see in other dramas. Many scenes makes you laugh. Also "villains" are very cute in their behavior.

One minus that in the end there was much less comedic moments. As usually k-dramas bad at closing.

Just bunch of collection cringe & cliche scenes and other randomness. There are no character development, storyline to follow or any other depth to keep you interested. Not even comparable to cheesy dramas there some logic are maintained. Plain bad. Actors and production were good but this is not enough to save this drama.

Recommend to drop this drama. Bluntly unwatchable. So many comic innuendos, inner voice scenes, imagination scenes, memory scenes, future prediction scenes that you became lost in main plot. So much noise. As viewer you do not know what you are watching and there are no hints. Feels like you are lied all the time. F.e. in ep. 2 the girl in cafeteria then came to his table - was this real scene or his imagination?
Sadly main plot seemed very promising. Great idea to combine crime and comedy - really good. Portrayed characters (double personality, superpowers etc.) are very good source for comedy. Acting was strong (especially Kyung Soo Jin), chemistry between leads is real. But production team totally messed up that someone could question their professionality. It made it not worthy to watch. Sad that Kyung Soo Jin and other actors will not get their recognition because of production.
Hopeful someone will make a remake with same characters as a basis, because it should have been great drama.
