Caved in, decided to just keep watching. I’m enjoying this angsty section actually. Might be in the minority…
i lovee the angst but only bc im excited to see their reunion even more bc of it‼️ and his character development is actuallly done really well tbh i still rmb when he was just an aloof dude who was only a junior immortal, u definitely see him start to mature along the way. i hope feng yin is badass and can actually stand up for herself

tbh i don’t find him annoying, he’s just a little slow at piecing things together. and dw lots of angst coming in the later episodes lol it’s actually really heartbreaking. if i recall correctly the other egg will be shown shortly in a few eps from where you are :)

Right? How often is it that we get to see the ml in the wrong for once (huge wrong lol) and honestly I enjoy the angst, can't wait to see the groveling. Also, at least the misunderstanding didn't happen near the end of the episodes and happens halfway instead! More time to see them better develop their relationship and repair what was broken :)

ok tbh i'm not even mad they made this a more fl centric story cause why do all the other wuxia's I've watched in the past always manage to make the fl the assholes in the end and somehow it's always their fault the ml gets hurt/into trouble and they make it sound like the fl should have been more grateful to the ml in the first place
