I totally agree I also find the Japanese version to be more simplistic and less dramatic than the Korean..for example have you seen hirugao?? The Korean version wasn't up to the mark of the Japanese one..also one million stars falling even that with Takumi was better ..also they don't have to be like 20 episodes they do the magic in just 10 episodes instead of more melodrama..I am actually getting my mom into them..as a kid I used to watch kdrama which were like asadoras but now idk I don't find the same simplicity in them..also I don't like too much makeup on actors..like Idk if I am offending anyone I watched crash landing on you and it was so much filled with cliche and super unrealistic plot holes ..seems very exotic to me while jdramas seem more like real people acting out their lives
