I just want to say that I am very sorry that someone like you dropped this drama. When I saw the first episode, I too thought about what to do with the second episode. (Did you even watch up to Jiu and Tian's meeting? If you saw it and dropped it, then it would be a waste of time for you to keep looking at Khun Chai, as you can see in the review below.) But I am so glad I watched it. It is the number one drama I watched last year. Even though I don't understand Thai, I watched it in real time from episode 13. Lakorn definitely had its own peculiarities. But I gradually got used to it and it became interesting. Above all, I was really attracted to Jiu and Tian. Not only the two of them, but all the performers were wonderful. There were some painful scenes, but at the end, there was a rainbow, hope, and the main theme song played...it was the kind of drama that made me feel refreshed at the ending. As others have written, I think this drama is not BL series, it's a family of the 1930~40s, and a LGBTQ drama. I think the beauty of this drama lies in the fact that it attracted the general audience as well. Here is a review of Khun Chai by a Japanese fan of Thai BL, would you like to read it translated into English? It explains very well what the best part of Khun Chai is. https://note.com/baritsufornote/n/n556f894e30b4 JimFilm's chemistry is conveyed just by the way the two look at each other.
Sorry if you have already commented on this. You can watch the video Spin-off #คุณชายตอนจบ ของ 'จิว - เทียน' #แจมฟิล์ม [EN/CN SUB] on Youtube where JamFilm answers questions as JiuTian. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5eaUKPR1VW4 Tian loves his partner more, and Jiu is more jealous. For those who want to meet Tian and Jiu, this is the most interesting interview. After that Tian seems to be stronger than Jiu, which is funny❤️❤️❤️

Why don't you fix your own rude attitude? I am not going to communicate you here anymore. I don't want to do it with someone who has no dignity like you. Evaluation is different for each individual. It is up to each individual to decide how to take my personal opinion. End!

Thank you. I too hope that one day I will be able to find good actors, story line, plot, and a good piece of work. By the way, I would like to see triage when I get a chance.

What do you mean by " if you haven't watched the other show how can you compare.."? Have you watched my list, BL, I have watched Japan, Taiwan, and Thailand as well. I just got tired of the bad acting lately. I wrote properly that I can't say anything about MSP because I haven't watched it. My time is limited. I just decided to find a drama I want to watch and watch it. Even if it is BL, if I think it might be good in the future, I might watch it. Even if I might drop it in the middle. ”you are being ridiculous”?You are very rude, even if it is an anonymous place.

Thanks both of you for your input. I appreciate your very kind replies to my comments. I think I have lost interest in BL even more because I am a period drama and drama lover by nature. I watched a few BLs of high school and college and had long since lost interest. Maybe someday I will have time to watch them, but for now, I would like to watch more so-called "dramas". I have limited time to watch them. The point is, I just want to go back to my old self. If it's a really good drama, I'll watch it, whether it's LGBTQ or general drama. I'm sick of the excessive lovey-dovey scenes and NC scenes (which I'm sure a lot of people like because the producers went to the trouble of putting them up separately on Youtube). I feel the industry is playing a trick on us. The BL industry is really helped by BL lovers.

As for the part about MDL ratings are always stupid, I totally agree. I haven't seen My School President and don't want to see it, so I won't say anything, but most BL series are the acting is poor and the story has nothing new to offer. However, Never Let Me Go might be the better of the BL series, though. I intend to re-evaluate the BL series I have previously evaluated. Maybe it's because after watching drama with outstanding actors, I'm no longer interested in watching BL for young people. They are all the same; watch them only if you like BL and rate them as you like. However, I don't think I will change my rating of Manner of Death.

@crlsb Thanks for the reply. It is very helpful. Just to let you know, To Sir With Love has a rating of 2.8 for episode 16, according to this tweet. https://twitter.com/llMaaay/status/1597461769462878208 Both Teddy Bear and Not me have high ratings on MDL, although the TV stations that aired them are different. (although I wouldn't count on the ratings here, especially these days) The BL series has a very high number of views on youtube, To Sir With Love, not so much. What do you think about that? Because it's not looking at the international market as much as the BL series? The Love Proposal is also Lakorn but has a lot of views.

As a simple question, I would like to ask you, is 2.0 a good TV rating in Thailand? Could the time of day Not Me or Bad Buddy aired have anything to do with the low ratings? I would think that the later the time of day, the lower the ratings. I ’m not a fan of so-called easy BL, and I have already watched several student series and tired of them. I also don’t like NC scenes, and I know it's a personal preference, but lately I feel that the viewers are out of curiosity and the distributors are intentional.
I saw a comment here before "I just want to say, how Jiu managed to keep resisting Tian with his puppy dog eyes for that long, I'll never know." On youtube channel yesterday, Jam talked about Jiu's past in an interview. There was a man he fell in love with in the past and confessed, but he was not like a person Jiu thought (straight in short) and lost the relationship as a friend too. So it is interpreted that Jiu is always afraid. Here is a link to the twitter of the person who transrate it into English. https://twitter.com/lucyWJMG/status/1608473095094030336
how can i watch the last episode with english sub ? can someone send me a link
The five-part one has English sub. The five-part one has English sub. I've seen many comments on 17Fullep asking for English subtitles, and still one31 doesn't even notice it!?
Tonight maybe at 7pm Thai time "People are into drama!" drama reaction#Khun Chai ep13Who is more pitiful in this work "Film-Jam?" will air. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RmyHzLPWqq8
A while ago. I replyed to @jazzimn’s ' Based on my opinion, I think Yoon finally met his match Ton.' I completely agree. About 2 weeks ago, in an interview( the 12th Anniversary Celebration of the Building Fund for the Stability of the Children's Hospital Foundation )Yoon was asked about Ton 'How is your Nong like? Is he cute?’ He was answered this 'Cute since the day I met him at the 1st time.'
For fan questions, maybe it's fanservice, but Yoon give more direct respond .(Especially these days) Ton is a little shy in that respect.
