I'm so confused, I just started watching this show because I remember it being really popular when it came out...and it's one of the most popular shows on MDL. So why does everyone hate it? LOL

LOL I get what you mean...I'm also kind of a gloomy Takeru type for no good reason and I never had such an experience where people are jumping to be my friend and ask me to go hang out after school the first day I arrive at a new school.

As much as I want to write a review, I won't...I'll end up comparing it too much to the manga and anime instead of reviewing it as a work of its own. I think I got too used to the cuteness of the art to thoroughly enjoy this one. This always happens to me! I end up being biased towards the adaptation I first see.

This one must be special if it is the 50th NHK Taiga drama.

This movie was beautiful. I actually watched it on a plane flight! I think Cathay Pacific was showing it on my way to Hong Kong :) That was back in 2008 heh.
