What exactly is this about? I feel like the description might be a bit misleading. Anyway, happy ending? Romance?

I'll try be as vague as possible. Basically a group of people who lost a loved one to a particular criminal. The particular criminal is higher on society's hierarchy which excludes them from punishments. The group of people deal with corruption within the politics. After a while, they try and figure out who the criminal is and take them down. The ending is quite bittersweet. Romance is kept to a minimal level. I'm a romance freak too but this drama is so interesting it won't even bother you. I 100% recommend this drama!
