Why Park Shi Hoo should be banned from the industry?
there was CCTV images but police claimed that wasn't enough to accuse him for rape. Plus she didn't go immediately to the police station and they found fishy conversations (messages) she had with an other actress about the matter... he may did something to her but her behavior didn't look good either
in conclusion we will never know the truth (not like in dramas <3)

well he wasn't banned from the industry but neither he is at his best (so if he truly did something bad, life it self punish him...and it will continue because life is a bitch)!!!!! don't you think so?
