I don't know how much GMMTV artists can get payed but I'm pretty sure he can earn alot from fan gifts, tickets which gmmtv can give him the opportunity to. And if by chance he gets paired up with someone then he'll be riding the popularity of his ship. Which is probably what Gmmtv mostly known for creating certain "ships."

I really do not know if it's true or not but even if he does follow or support ppl like that who supports grape, homophobia, sexist and misogynistic ppl from America then that'll be really disappointing. We women and queer ppl already go through enough. If a men like that who's acting in a gay show are like that it'll be saddening.

Softer roles are better for them since this is their debut series. It can help them get adjusted in acting and widen their acting skills. If they got serious role from the get go it would've ruined the show because of their rookie acting. So it's perfect.
