same! always really enjoyed Sugisaki Hana acting and this one didn't disappointed as well! she's so refreshing and good at acting! Sugino Yosuke is pretty good too and perfectly portray Morio's airheaded/naive character.
There are some really funny scene in ep 3 like the DVD rent store lol
they are absolutely adorable together!! But yeah I also feel like Hachiko character is kind of meh and unnecessary, I hope they won't drag this love triangle for too long and end it quickly.

episode 3 was an other really sweet episode! love this drama so much! they are so adorable! the cutest!!

that was a really good first episode! I have so many questions going on in my head, they settled the plot pretty well and made it really intriguing, it got all my attention so I'm looking forward episode 2!

just watched episode 1 and I'm surprisingly pleased! it was sweet and cute and having a romance with a FL with amblyopia is really interesting and refreshing and bring something new to a typical rom-com plot. Yankee character with a gap personality like Kurokawa is also my cup of tea so yes i'm definitely in for this drama!

next week won't be the same anymore. The way this drama was healing, heartwarming and comforting! I looooooove it so much! Definitely in my top 5 fav kdrama of 2021. The cast was already so freaking good and the way they portrayed each character of Gongjin village was perfect. Shin Min Ah and Kim Seon Ho chemistry was unbeatable! The actors that they are! drama in the countryside will always move my heart in an other level. The whole warm and refreshing mood and vibes of the drama, the stories of each villagers, their relationship with each other, the beautiful cinematography, the ost that perfectly matched the drama. Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha definitely had all the good ingredient to make a really good slice of life drama, a perfect recipe!

Heartwarming, touching and healing! Kazoku Boshu Shimasu was a really good ride! Made me smile and cry, and I really like how I cried both of happiness and sadness, definitely the recipe of a nice drama!

That was a good start! the drama looks promising and even more with this amazing cast! also really glad they are providing the drama weekly on netflix, I really hope we can get more and more jdrama worldwide!

the first episode was so freaking cute!! I already love it!! Definitely gonna be my cup of tea!!

I watched it because of Kim Sae Ron, she's so pretty and I enjoyed her acting! I was really into the first half of the drama, it was interesting and good enough to make you watch an other episode especially since it's only 20min, but the last few episodes were a let down and found myself bored, that's too bad because the beginning of the drama had potential. But maybe they are planning something more interesting for S2, let's see

the first half of the drama was good and interesting but too bad the second half is getting slow and nothing is really happening, I thought 20min episodes things would go faster but it actually doesn't

I swear my weekend are better now with the weekly hometown cha cha cha episodes! The way I'm giggling like an idiot while watching , I enjoy it so much! This drama really has all the good ingredient for a really great drama, my weekly source of healing and comfort with the dimples couple, their bickering and affection toward each other + the warm villagers of Gongjin and the beautiful scenery of the sea

imo the plot hole/disappointing parts :
- The police officier/brother it didn't make sense at all, at the end when it was revealed his brother was the planner of the game I was disappointed. I think they didn't use the police intrusion in the island well, it could have been done way better.
- The old man end up being the game master was kind of meh. Well of course most of the time the game master is someone you already saw but idk I was disappointed.
- I think Seong Gi Hoon wasn't likeable enough to fully make you support him. Even if he showed some good human trait like helping or trusting the other, I feel like his character was still lacking something
- the Han Mi Nyeo/Deok Soo thing wasn't really entertaining either

On the other hand the interesting/good things were :
- Like I said before the games and the whole game set up and thrill
- Seong Gi Hoon/Cho Sang Woo friendship to enemy storyline was well made, we could feel how the relation and trust of each other changed through the episodes
- Cho Sang Woo deceiving Ali, I really felt sorry for Ali for naively trusting Sang Woo like that
- Kang Sae Byeok/Ji Yeong last scene hits you, I wish we had more of these two before that
- Seong Gi Hoon/Kang Sae Byeok low key helping each other was kind of good too

It was good but at the same time it had some plot hole that made some parts kind of meh. The survival games were well made, simple yet thrilling enough to keep you hype each episodes, imo it's definitely the highlight : the way they scripted the games.
If the games were thrilling the drama had some plot hole and unnecessary storyline/bad writing storyline, and also weren't the kind of characters you are fond of, most of them weren't likeable.
If I was hyped enough to watch 6 episodes straight I think the last 3 episodes less interesting and found myself kind of bored. I think they didn't manage to keep the good point of the first half of the drama until the end so the last episodes were a let down.
But since it was 9 episodes I still think it's worth watching because the thrill was good!

Honestly this drama is a healing time for me! Some people said it's too cliche, it might be true but it works well with me. The first few episodes made me cry a lot. The later one were less intense but still enjoyable. It's for sure idealistic and the problems seems to always get solved quite in an 'easy' way but I'm here for the heartwarming, nice family moment, friendship and mutual aid of the characters. The actors are good and the kids are adorable!

D.P was a heavy intense and dark drama, a sad reality, kind of heartbreaking and frustrating, it was really well done because it managed to shake and destabilize you!! Jung Hae In's acting was really good!!

I'm at episode 14, almost done with racket boys and I surprisingly enjoy it a lot!! Easily one of my fav k-drama of 2021!! It's way more than just a sport drama. Friendship, family, countryside, villagers, dreams! You laugh and cry, it's a heartwarming and emotional rollercoaster! It's really a feel good drama, comforting and heartwarming! About teenagers, adults and elderly. All kind of good well written characters with good development. Great scenery and mood in the countryside. Light drama but tackles lot of different interesting topics! definitely recommend it! I always think drama outisde seoul/countryside have something more to offer, it's a great example (currently watching hometown cha-cha-cha as well makes me think that)

The way saturday and sunday became my weekly healing, warm and refreshing moment when I watch the episodes! weekend never felt that good haha! I really like it! The chemistry btwn Kim Seon Ho et Shin Min Ah is perfect love them so much bickering with each other in their daily life, the whole countryside vibes next to the sea makes the drama even more enjoyable and the villagers and their stories are nice!

something kind of funny is that when I started the drama I was thinking "hope they this doesn't have a storyline where they know each other when they where children" but turn out it's exactly what happened at the end of ep 2 haha well I don't think they really know each other tho more like they randomly came across each other
