This is basically a kdrama version of T-ara's Cry Cry MV. Father's murderer takes in the daughter, raises her and when she grows up she finds out he killed her father.
Are you telling me that after watching all three seasons, investing 50+ hours watching and a whole ass year waiting for the seasons, all the main characters end up dying?? T_T
After having binged all seasons of Voice a while back, I was excited for this new season so I waited for the majority of eps to be released so I can binge. Must say this season is disappointing and definitely the worst out of all the seasons. I saw comments about how it was boring but still gave it a shot. Can confirm it actually is. There's random cases (seems like a filler) that dont have much to do with the main plot and as you watch you start to care less and less about what will happen in the next episode. In short, quite disappointing but if you're a fan of Voice give it a go but don't expect it to be as good as the other seasons
All the characters except SR and Logan are getting on my nerves they’re all so annoying ughhh! Right now I’m just staying for the plot and to find out who killed MSA. All the evidence is pointing towards YH and it’s pretty clear she’s gonna turn evil but there’s this doubt that it might not be her. Hopefully the murder plot gets resolved in the first season and not the third or something but I feel like this is highly unlikely and the season will end as a cliffhanger :/
I think most of the negative criticism isn’t about the age gap of the characters in real life or in the drama but rather the portrayal of a high school student romantically approaching a much older man. It would’ve been much less controversial if her character wasn’t a student but just a younger woman. I feel like that way the reaction would’ve been different. Nonetheless I must admit that it was quite unfair for this drama to receive that bad of a backlash especially since this isn’t the first time that situations like this has been portrayed in dramas. For me what I really dislike about this drama is the scum character of the FL. Yeah she might be strong but judging from a few scenes I saw, her trying to seduce or steal someone’s boyfriend ain’t it (I’m referring to the scene when she says she feels bad for his gf coz he’s gonna fall for her or smt like that) I just find the FL so unlikable that it discourages me from watching this. Just my opinion no hate bye.
Just my opinion but this drama was definitely overrated. I will admit I was hooked in the earlier episodes but it just went downhill from there. Throughout the entire drama there was nothing new after Saeroyi and Jang became enemies they just kept going at each other and the later episodes just had no climatic moment whatsoever (even the kidnapping scene wasn’t enough). This drama just seems like another one of those revenge business dramas although I do like how they tackled with sensitive topics.
Now let me get on with what annoyed me most about this drama. The female lead! Her character was unique at first and I liked how she was strong. However it just got to the point where she became so annoying that I was frustrated whenever she appeared on screen. Idk why any of you ship her and male lead because from the onset they seem like brother and sister and I could not see them as anything else. There was absolutely no chemistry between them and she was so obsessed with the male lead it started getting creepy and immature. She seems like another kid that wants to get whatever they want, begging and whining for him (and I feel like this was partially why he began to develop feelings for her eventually). The vibe she gave off was as if she was entitled to have him and her immature reactions whenever he was with Soo Ah just reinforces her obsessiveness. Not to mention she threw away her whole life just for some guy she has a crush on (cmon girl have some personal life goals -_-) I absolutely hated her selfishness and the fact that she expects the male lead to like her back and give her a chance when she does no effort to do the same for Geun Soo (and even using him for the sake of the male lead that’s just dog) Overall I just hated her character and the fact that the male lead started having feelings for her just makes me not want to finish the drama.
Now, the kidnapping scene...it seemed like such a desperate attempt to revive the drama last minute. The cliche “villain gets his revenge” kind of thing. Was not a fan and did not save the drama for me.
My overall thoughts on the drama is it’s just okay but DEFINITELY not worth all the hype. In short it’s basically another revenge + business competition kinda drama nothing new. If you have nothing better to watch give it a go but I would definitely not sit through that again.
This drama is so good the storyline is different and the vibe you get is fresh also is it just me who doesn’t ship Tantawan with Chalan he seems more like a brother than a lover just hoping Peng would appreciate her love more in the later episodes
The FL never been in a relationship before plus being low EQ, she could easily misunderstood a situation.
I don’t think you need to have been in a relationship to know it’s just common sense. Like any person she could’ve just called him up and asked about what really happened instead of coming to the conclusion on her own and just breaking up. Idk that’s just how I see it.
Ok so the FL is getting on my nerves. Why is she so naive and stupid like an immature kid??? It’s infuriating how she broke up with him over a little issue then acknowledges they were never real to begin with then gets jealous (as if she’s his actual gf) when she hears he has a gf? Like .... :/
Ok so idk what y’all been saying about how it’s a disappointment but if you watch till the end it’s actually soooo good. As somebody who drops dramas very easily, gotta admit I dropped this one at episode 6-8 but I’m so glad I picked it back up. The ending is one of those sad -turned-happy last moment kind of endings it’s a bit ambiguous tbh but nonetheless it was satisfying. Definitely recommend 9/10
Ok so I had such high expectations for the movie but it was so uneventful that I didn’t even realise I had reached the ending. At a point I was really just watching for Song Wei Long. There is no real character development and barely any romantic scenes and chemistry between the leads. Overall just a movie I’d watch if I had nothing better to do :/
Omg my heart ahhhh I’m dying. The ending was so perfect and satisfying and after following this drama for 14 weeks or so I’m gonna miss it soooo much :((( gotta rewatch this some time because everything about this drama was so perfect: the plot, the acting, the romance, the action, THE CHEMISTRY!!! I’ve watched many lakorns and this one is definitely up in top 5. Loved it <3
