Sadly i haven't found anything like this. This is one of the very few chinese dramas that i watched. I tried watching love o2o and a love so beautiful but dropped both.

Even as I watch for the sixth time I am noticing some details that I missed to notice earlier. At the end of episode 10 in the hospital while SZ is sleeping DJ adjusts her blanket and this is noticed by the old man in the background and he smiles at how caring DJ is towards SZ( he thinks they are couple). 😀
