It looks like he's dead but if you watch the last episode until the very end (like the last frame of the video) he appears to be alive somewhere , you can see him from behind but you can tell it's him , some people are speculating that he faked his death

I just watched the first 6 episodes and there's not even a hint at romance , if you want to watch this for the romance don't watch it , just stick with Flower Boys dramas
