My theory on Boston isn't that he's in love with Top. I think that he started to get jealous that someone who wouldn't sleep with him more than once or date people would be interested in dating his friend. He seems deeply insecure as if he thinks sex is all that matters/all he has to offer in order to be interesting and is upset Mew has his attention without sex even being on the table. He seems sexually confident, but I suspect he's emotionally insecure.
