I feel suzuka ouji are always given roles that he doesn't suit visually....no hate to him or his acting but like in hatsukoi fiction his character was supposed to be a super handsome heartthrob (i thought somebody like ryo yoshizawa would come out lol) but when his character was revealed i was quite disappointed because he didn't match my expectations at all. Here in silent, i can't believe that minato and tsumugi were a couple at all like he obviously doesn't look 26 and that hairstyle really doesn't help. So no matter how hard i try to get suited with minato, i just can't. And what's worse is that its like the drama acknowledges it (sensei assuming he's tsumugi's younger brother, even tsumugi herself saying he's like a younger brother) like... I was actually already sceptical from the moment they announced him as a cast because he's gonna be the 2nd lead but haruna and ren looks much more mature than him. And then he's gonna be in Kimi no Todoke and of course many people will not agree with the casting... I feel quite sorry for him lol i feel like people should cast him for characters that suit him or doesn't require him to match like 'super handsome ikemen' and 'popular' labels.. again no hate to him ..

I don't know..the whole tsumugi - minato relationship didn't work for me.. either because of the casting or the script or both.. now I'm thinking...maybe it would've been better if there was never anything between tsumugi and minato because i feel like too much time have been spent on these two while what i wanted was more on sou and tsumugi and how sou's illness affects everyone around him. That's why i liked ep 3 even though it focuses on minato because it's about his nonacceptance towards sou's illness. But ep 4&5 felt so draggy because of the tsumugi-minato love line 😌

The production value doesn't look too good tbh (from the trailer)...looks like their family weekend dramas. But I hope the cast and storyline will make up for it.

I feel the same as you😭😭 was so looking forward to mei and yosuke but i dropped this drama after 3 episodes bcs i felt the story just lacked a lot of things. But i do keep track of the drama's updates. Unfortunately Mei and yosuke don't seem to be close behind the scenes either 😭 i think it's because yosuke is a shy person :'( i feel like yosuke fits cheerful lively character like in koi desu the best ...he totally suits the 'falling heads over heels' characters.. what to do.. our mei x yosuke pairing has been wasted 😌🤣

So stoked cuz a lot of people working for this drama is same as for Mystery to iu nakare. Same director, tv station and even supporting casts. Feels like a 'sibling' drama. So for the quality I'm not worried at all.
