Mudoek is only the name of the body that Naksu's soul occupied. Jang Uk is only in love with Naksu. But he cant call her Naksu, since she's a fugitive. So he used the body's name instead which is Mudoek.

Completely agree. We've seen boss moments from Naksu this season too. To say she's only a damsel in distress is absurd.

So which sword did JangUk use to kill the wraith at end of EP8? Is it Naksu's sword? Since he received a new sword from the king, he can return Naksu's sword back to her.

He's seen so many clues, yet still cant connect the dot. So yeah in regards to recognizing Naksu, they've made him really stupid this season imo .

Well i guess that's the whole point of S1 isnt it? They're exploring the world and lore, and developing the characters, so there are plenty of adventures there. This season JangUk is already the most OP, while Naksu's character arc is about gaining freedom and finding her identity. So its reasonable this season has less adventures. For people who expect adventures i guess this season is boring.

Yeah, in regards to recognizing Naksu, it irks me how stupid they made JangUk this season. Hong Sisters are trolling us at this point.

Yes you're right. But Master Lee said Uk can train to gain the energy back. It was in ep20 when they were fishing, if i'm not mistaken.

My favourite part of ep 8, I love how as soon as Naksu got her memories back, they’ve got their S1 dynamic back as well. Naksu boss bitching him around and Uk throwing tantrums. The whole dialogue was a delight to watch! Uk getting his comeuppance for being an d*ckhead to S2 Naksu. Him not understanding and getting offended how she can’t get over a guy she loved three years ago had me lolling at the irony 😂

She's had adventures/schemes of her own this season. She escaped to find her betrothed thus proposing to JangUk in Ep 1. She went to soul shifters grave to find the jade, then chased after the pickpocket in Ep3. She also save the turtle with CP in Ep3, and more in other episodes as well. Just because you don't like her adventures this season, doesn't mean she didn't have any. To say she only sit around this season is nonsense.

So JangUk is biggest genius in Daeho right? We know it only took him days to master Ryusu/Chisu. What if all this time he trained to master Hwansu without the ice stone? He can give the ice stone to Naksu to save her without dying himself. This could be a nice surprising twist, and a solution for a happy ending.

Why does it feel like the new Ost Ailee - I'm Sorry, maybe foreshadowing for the ending? That Naksu is sorry she has to leave JangUk again in the end? Or could it be about Naksu's regret for killing JangUk in S1? This ost has been played since Ep 1, but i dont know what its about.

But it's Jinyowon though, it can only be opened by Jinyowon priestess supposedly, though sword theory kinda works too. It could served as a clue for JangUk that it was Naksu inside the room.

Just realized they made a specific reference in Ep 8 to how JangUk found the door to Naksu's prison room. My guess is JBY did it. JBY showed the door to JangUk, so he can meet Naksu, thus triggering Naksu's memory to return, thus JBY devine power could return, thus JBY could return and kick Naksu's soul out and claim her body back, the little shit.
