You know what to say...her last desperate act and it will work until the very end. I loved Kdramas, and nothing else, I really did. But I feel like this one has burnt me.... especially on Christmas day.

It sure did and I was one of them. I did not watch today's episode because I know from comments what transpired. But I was so upset yesterday and again today, I could have spit bullets.

Right. So why was Dan-Dan's character written so poorly in the later episodes to make wicked Sa-Ra a blushing, sham bride? Dan Dan was practically made comatose.

"Children" tend to be very honest. If children could see through Sa-Ra's personality, anyone could. Just pathetic. Question nothing but believe ONLY what you are told.

Exactly. When Sa-Ra hit Se Chan repeatedly one day, I almost lost it. I despise her character, period. There's nothing honest or good about her.

Sa-Ra NEVER dates him, until her jealousy and lies about being in a relationship immediately following his initial accident.

As a woman, if someone said something about my man, I would communicate with and ask him first. After all, there's two sides to every story. In the case of wicked Sa-Ra, she flat out lies whenever he mouth opens.

Both Dan Dan and Young Guk were written to believe Sa-Ra's LIES. That's the way the pathetic writer designed it, Young Guk had amnesia, so he has somewhat of an excuse. However, Dan Dan simply listened to the others and confronted nothing. Again, another reason why I will not watch any more. The script is not supportive of the title. I won't waste more of my valuable time. I never saw a Kdrama that I did not like, but what the writer has done to such a beautiful love story, including making the DEVIL that main focus, over 10/12 episodes , is too much for me. In the meantime, all of her deceit and lies stay hidden, like her ex and her son Se Jong, how she attacked Guk-Hee, etc.

I agree...our feelings are completely "opposites". I absolutely and unequivocally think the writer is delusional. It will NOT reach 35% tonight or any other night until Dan Dan and Young Guk are back to GF and BF. and lying Sa-Ra is not the main focus! Like most people who LIE to the hills, I despise the cunning, manipulative sociopath who spends her time eavesdropping, controlling, stalking and attacking those who have an eye for Young Guk or in a bottle when she cannot have it her way. Dan Dan is not her first time attacking a woman over Young Guk, she did the same to Guk-Hee. Making this creature the main focus over many episodes is a waste of most people's time. I refuse to watch anymore, until the delusional writer stop shifting the plot from Dan-Dan to the wicked witch (who hit Se Chan repeatedly one day) Sa-Ra.

Lastly, the drama is supposed to be about "A Young Lady and a Gentleman", not a "Gentleman and an old, wicked, greedy, cunning, witch".

As we can see if the drama, age is just a number. I completely agree with what you said, 100%.

So, help me understand why the writer made Dan Dan so pathetic "woe is me" during her obsession with the amnesia plot, as opposed to fighting for her man from the start. Remember how she kicked the butts of those bullies who attacked Jae-Ni? During the amnesia plot, it appeared that Dan Dan never fought for her man. She never communicated with him regarding Sa-Ra's lies, she never showed him prior text messages, nothing. Now the pathetic writer wants to reintroduce the same cat fight that has gone on with the old folks and between wicked, manipulative Sa-Ra and Guk-Hee. I am not impressed.

We think alike...that is what I would like to see. Can you petition the director so that you can replace the existing writer?

I posted that same title about 2-3 weeks ago in another chat. That is exactly what it seems like, per the last 10-12 episodes. I completely agree, Idb01.

You are right and that is my worst fear....we won't see Dan Dan with Young Guk again until the very last episode, if at all. Sadly, I've prepared myself to wait until the last episode. I refuse to watch 29-49, built on Sa-Ra's lies and deceptions, which are a waste of time. I can always check "comments" to see if the writer has rid herself of her obsession with Sa-Ra and her lies or the "back and forths" via an amnesia plot. I fell in love with this drama earlier on, when it was about Dan Dan and Young Guk. Now, I am devastated because the writer seems to have lost her way and is going around in circles.

The writer is delusional, on so many levels. Episode 28 is out now....it has the same BS as the last 10-12 episodes. I give it a big, fat ZERO!

I am not just cursing the writer, I am mad as hell. She has destroyed what started out as a beautiful drama.

You and me, both! It is awful the writer is still dragging this out over Sa-Ra's lies. She must be a close friend of the writer. Why is the director allowing this crap amnesia plot to go on when there's plenty left to write about? I signed on the watch a love story about Dan Dan and Young Guk. Now it is gone to placate lying Sa-Ra.

This drama started out "beautifully". I gave it high reviews, just awesome! The writer decided to invoke a pathetic, exhausting and long drawn -out, disgusting amnesia plot based on lies and deceptions of the wicked Sa-Ra. The title is "A Young Lady and a Gentleman", not a wicked, lying, hag and a gentleman. It has become utterly ridiculous and depressing, as the sociopath, Sa-Ra, gets more time & lines than Dan Dan. I am done unless the writer wants to bring back the main leads, Dan Dan and Young Guk, as a couple. This is absolutely become the worst drama ever. It started out so amazing, beautiful and awesome.

I tried that already.

Somehow my ratings got changed. This should be 10 stars for all categories that apply.
